'It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. 'Stayed here for 5 nights on a work trip to Reading. The apartments come with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The aircon is amazing as I like my rooms to be quite chilly. Seating and bed is really comfortable. Only slight grumble'
