Oh no; we wish you had contacted us as soon as you saw that you were missing a corkscrew; all of our apartments are equipped with corkscrews and we would have replaced your missing one immediately, and we would have shown you the grill/toasting pan that is in the kitchen for toasting bread. There is not a toaster due to electrical and health concerns; a toaster cannot be kept as perfectly clean as we like our kitchens to be! Grazie for your review, and for staying with us!
