'The location was good, walking distance from the town centre. Nice, clean room. Kind and helpful staff. Especially the Dutch young man at the front desk. The restaurant has good food, breakfast was also very nice. Lots of different things to choose from. A nice little gym at the accomodation. Overal a good hotel, would definitely stay there again.'

'Djurhuus ligt net buiten het centrum, maar wel op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants. Het ligt aan een redelijk drukke weg, waardoor er wat verkeerslawaai is.
Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam en ingericht op gasten die met de veerboot aankomen en vertrekken. De aankomst met de late veerboot was geen probleem en voor vertrek konden we ook in de lobby of het restaurant nog even wachten.

'Onze ervaring is dat het hotel in tijd van nood (cancellen flight) goed en welwillend helpt.We waren eerder in dit hotel,toen we na cancellen door SAS teruggebracht werden.'

'It's a really good guesthouse if you want to stay for a longer time in Torshavn. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are in a realy good condition and the bathroom and kitchen get cleaned every day. That is for the price a nice service. The locaiten is a little bit outside the city center but it is in a quit corner of the city so you have really quite nights and in the same way short walks to the supermarkets and the center.'

'Great stay in amazing location. Our room in the annex building was much nicer and bigger than expected from the photos, with newish IKEA/JYSK-style furnishings. They call it basement unit without a view but it is standard ground floor with glass door. The softest mattress we ever slept on. Excellent breakfast. '

'It is a decent, clean hotel at a convenient location. It's a good base for exploring the surrounding area. The rooms were pretty standard and clean. Our room was at the front and that was rather noisy, because it is located on a fairly busy road.

We had a great stay and have good breakfasts every day. The host Lilja is a fantastic person who tell us about what we did have for breakfast and tips us about different places to visit.
We can really recommend this hotel. '

Lilja und ihr Mann sind herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, immer mit einer Geschichte über die Färöer und Tipps für Ausflüge zur Hand. Das Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten variierte und jeden Morgen waren in der Frühstücksrunde andere Gäste aus der Welt zu Gast, so dass wir zB nebenbei auch noch einiges über Argentinien erfahren haben.
Die Lage ist sehr gut um den Norden der Inseln zu erkunden und wir kommen bestimmt...

'Très beau logement confortable offrant tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Les lieux sont bien tenus et la situation proche de l'aéroport est idéale. Une supérette située au coeur du village permet de faire ses courses. C'est pratique à sa descente d'avion. Nous recommandons.'

'Logement vraiment, très bien, situé, à cinq minutes de l’aéroport, mais tout en étant au bord de l’eau… Très belle vue de la cuisine.
Il s’agit d’une maison avec plusieurs chambres, avec parties, communes, cuisine, salle de bain, mais tout est bien pensé, et très pratique, surtout dans un pays comme les îles Frewer où il n’est pas toujours simple de manger au restaurant.
Nous avons pu cuisiner.
Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant avec nous, très sympathique.
