'Couldn’t have asked for more. It was absolutely perfect. Roads were very well maintained coming in, host was communicating with us and did an excellent job preparing us, everything was very clean and the location allowed for access to cheap boat rentals, great access to the beach, we saw amazing wildlife and had access to the most beautiful lodge across the street when we didn’t want to cook ourselves. Would come back forsure! '

'Wonderful location. A large wooded private property with its own private lake. Only one other cabin apart from this one. Complete silence surrounded by the leafy canopy of tall trees...heaven! Its like like staying in your own private Provincial Park. That is the glam part. The camp part means that there is no electricity, no plumbing and no wi-fi. But then who needs those urban comforts? Isnt the idea to escape from them for while? I certainly learned to appreciate every drop of water we used...

'Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. Unfortunately could not continue to stay here so we had to leave. Other than that, it has beautiful views on a very...

'What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. We did find the Sauna tough to use in terms of keeping a consistent fire going. They include a plethora of water toys...

'Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. '

'We had a beautiful weekend at Chalet Blue. Jill is a perfect host, providing great communication before and during the trip, and had everything thoughtfully arranged for our arrival. The chalet is charming, cozy, and rustic, while also being spacious, comfy, well-stocked, and convenient. The lush natural surroundings and river-view from the deck was picturesque. The getaway was everything we could have hoped for and would love to return in the future!'

'My family had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage in Novar, Ontario. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and stylish décor—it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was especially stunning and fully equipped, making it a pleasure to cook and gather in.The outdoor surroundings were just as amazing. The landscape was peaceful and beautifully maintained, and the view of the lake was absolutely gorgeous. We spent hours relaxing on the dock, enjoying the...

'The property is stunning. The dock onto the river is breath taking. Bit steep if you dont have great mobility, but was perfect for us. Beds were both queen size and comfy. The futon was not the most comfortable but perfect for lying on and enjoying the fireplace. Kitchen was fully stocked and had a drinking water spout. Host was extremely kind and responsive when needed. My partner and I had an amazing experience here and looking forward to coming again.'

'This is a great cottage in a perfect location on a private lake. It easily accommodated 2 adults, 4 tweens/teens and our 2 dogs. We've rented a lot of cottages and Emma is by far one of the best hosts we've ever rented from. Great communication/responsiveness and well detailed instructions made this a perfect trip. Only 3 mins into the small town of Novar for some groceries/wine or less than 15 mins to get to downtown Huntsville. We'll definitely be looking to rent this cottage again!'
