'The location is in a residential part of town, so it’s quiet at night. The owners are super nice and accommodating. The kitchen is clean, with a full fridge and stove, and the washroom is well-maintained, with a full tub and shower and plentiful towels. Bedrooms are also very clean, with comfortable beds. It was a relaxing little sanctuary to return to at the end of a tiring day.'

'First of all this motel /hotel is not meant for travellers . we come there and stay 2 days I could not sleep properly for 2 days . 1. The area are scary , lots of crack up head people ,drugs , etc. 2. People in the bar stay up whole night and it’s screaming , yelling , and it’s echo entire building . 3. The room was No telephone, the tv are very slow internet , the room was no floor rugs I have to buy my own rugs , every-time when I turn on the shower it clogged up in the tub it’s very...

'Overall a great property--new and clean. It's on the edge of downtown and an older residential district so was an easy walk to shopping, cafes etc. However, signs all over their parking lot warning of car theft and break-ins combined with their opting out of any liability did cause concern. But no incidence and our one night stay was come and uneventful. HIE does have the best breakfast of all the hotel chains that off it--always a great way to start the day!'
