Best family reunion ever!!
This was our second year in a row staying at one of these amazing paradise homes. Everything from the reservations process to the checking out was flawless. Xanadu is a huge move that offered enough privates rooms for our 6 adult children and their spouses and our 3 grandchildren. There were more activities available than we had time to enjoy. Absolutely any and all necessities a family will need while on vacation has been thought of and provided. This is the best stocked property we have ever stayed at and we have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years. Kudos to Al the manager who is readily available and responsive to any and all of our needs. We have enjoyed our family time together here that we booked same home for next year. Kudos to the team that allowed us to enjoy this 5 day adventure.

Ladies Vacation! 4 years with BHIP!

Xanadu is Xcellent!
The Xanadu house was the best home for our family and friends to visit and play for the week! We walked and swam in the ocean. On the intercoastal side we used the newer pool and caught many different fish from the pier. It was a great week of fun xperiences!

No Boundaries Military
We are a non profit for combat wounded veterans and was our 10th year of doing these trips. We started w our "summer" trips in Florida last year. The house was amazing, had everything we needed. The elevator was great as we had 2 in manual wheelchairs so made that easy. The sound side was perfect-had all the toys for everyone to use. The small pool was great. Everyone had a wonderful trip there.

AMAZING!!!!
I don’t even know where to begin! This property is amazing! They literally have thought of everything! When they say just bring your Bathing Suit, they aren’t kidding! We had such a relaxing time because there is so much to do at the house we didn’t ever have to leave! We DoorDashed a lot of meals which was nice! Our favorite things were probably the views from both sides, the hot tub and paddle boarding! And the Nespresso Machine!! We did go out to eat on 1 rainy evening to Kyle G’s and it was so good! The beds were comfortable and it was nice having beach towels since we flew in and couldn’t bring that type of stuff! I would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic for a family!
The property was so amazing! Stocked well beyond what we could have needed. Al was super responsive when we reached out. We had 14 adults and 4 kids, 8 & under. Even with a really rough surf, the riverside made up for it! We will book again for sure!

Annual Beach Trip
This was the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed out. The property manager supplied everything you could possibly want, except food of course. There were 10 of us and not an easy crew to please, but they pleased us all. We will look at their other properties for next year's beach trip.

I always try to leave a rental property better than I found it that's impossible at Xanadu every every detail is thought of when they say just wear your shorts shirt and flip-flops to the airport they truly mean it short of perishables there is nothing lacking in a Publix grocery which delivers is less than 5 Mi away This was our second time at Xanadu and will not be our last again absolutely nothing is missing and with the addition of new bedrooms on the first floor the accommodations easily took care of our family The ocean was rather rough last week of course it's hurricane season so having the opportunity to use the river balance everything completely and shelling on the ocean sand was amazing highly recommend.

Amazing family vacation at Xanadu
We had a fantastic week here! The house was stocked inside and outside with everything we needed to have a fun, relaxing and easy week. There were beach games, fishing rods, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and more. Inside we didn't have to buy paper goods, laundry detergent, toiletries, spices, and so much more. We enjoyed fishing and happy hour off the bayside dock and the new pool was a lot of fun. The hot tub on the beach side is huge. Views of both sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We even were lucky enough to see a sea turtle laying her eggs. The only negative is that there was significant beach erosion since we stayed there 2 years ago and there were so many rocks in the ocean that we really couldn't safely swim in the ocean. Otherwise it was a perfect week.

Thank you for your kind review! It's true that during a brief period in 2023, the beach was a little bit "bare" . . . a previous hurricane had stripped the sand away, and it took a few months for Mother Nature to do her usual business of filling the beach back in. As of this writing, the beach is back to normal, and looks just as it does in the photography.

An Amazing family vacation for our big family.
We had an amazing stay! There were 20 of us, 9 adults and 11 children. The kids were ages 2-16. We had plenty of space and everyone could spread out. There was something for everyone. Our kids spent a lot of time snorkeling (provided), looking for critters in rocks, and shell searching. The whole family kayaked, used paddle boards, boogie boards (all provided), and we loved how they supplied all the life jackets and water shoes! The guys fished a LOT and loved the big fishing dock. They had all the fishing poles, tackle, all in a pull cart and ready to go. The kids swam in the pools, we grilled and loved the family table space. I've never been in such a well-stocked home, if you need it, you will find it. All the bug spray, sunscreen, lawn chairs, plenty of towels! They have really put thought into what you will need. We had 2 three year olds and a 2 year old that still nap. They made sure we had little beds and baby monitors. All the little special items here and there were amazing. Did I mention coffee? And Nespresso? Such a big hit! Everything was extremely clean and organized. Beds everywhere and comfortable. I could go on and on with how supplied this house is. Also, the water stations everywhere were great! And Al was awesome to communicate from day one of planning until the end. If we needed anything he was quick to reply. This is a 5 star for sure and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for all the great memories!

Beautiful Hutchinson Island Trip
Wonderful stay for 3 families with children and teenagers. We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday and everyone had a magnificent time. The house is very well equipped, with all the water toys and house amenities that you could ever imagine. The property manager is excellent and we have always enjoyed the location and these well managed properties on the south side of Hutchinson island. Highly recommend it.

Great property and great manager
The house is great and incredibly well stocked. Having all the beach toys, kayaks, bikes, etc., etc., available was amazing and such a great value. The kitchen also had everything needed for feeding a large group. The plunge pool on the beach side and “shangri-la” pool and riverside play areas and dock were wonderful. Al is a great property manager and the communication was stellar. I can’t say enough about the check-out process. Being able to just pick up and go without a huge to-do list is a massive bonus.

Excellent experience at Xanadu May 2023
We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this home was the most well equipped home by a long shot! Property Manager is excellent at responding to all questions! The supplies provided made our stay so much easier (snorkels, sandals, life jackets, kitchen supplies, etc., etc.). Also appreciate NOT having a cleaning or departure list! The pictures of the beach did not depict the exposed rocks on the beach. The lagoon area with the pool, kayaks, dock, fishing and mini golf was awesome! Really appreciated the high chair and board games as well.

Best Beach House Experience Ever
First I would like to thank Al Robert the property manager for the accommodations and for providing the information needed. About the house I have to say that it is a dream house, plenty space for numerous families, the details around the house with complementary welcome basket, personal hygiene items, dog beds really made the difference. There’s lot of fun activities and games around the property, the beach was amazing, the views very relaxing, quiet neighborhood, the house was cleaned, fully stocked with everything we needed. My family and I had the best time, and definitely we’ll be back soon, highly recommended if you are looking for the best beach house in Florida.

The is the best Beach Houses in Paradise home that we have stayed at on vacation. The ocean and intercaostal access is amazing and allows for action in both locations. Our family with grandchildren and friends loved the new pool in the Shangra-La area. We will be back!

Al was great to work with and very prompt in all responses of everything. We came up just a couple of weeks after a major hurricane and the house was prepared so that you would have never known. Amazing property. The owners thought of anything you could need and plenty of extras. We enjoyed sunrises on the deck overlooking the beach and sunsets on our private lagoon with putting green and fire pit. So many extras in the house we didn’t need to bring a thing but our bathing suits. We are already looking to book our next vacation at another if they’re properties. We know we will be well taken care of!

Absolutely Wonderful
The house was amazing and fully stocked in every way. From kitchen spices, pots and pans of every size and shape, coffee, regular and disposable plates and cups, beach towels, laundry and dishwashing detergent. We were a large crowd of 18-20 from Minnesota, Oregon and Texas (and 2 dogs). There were also 2 dog beds for our pets. Thank you. The house had fishing poles which were used every day. Many fish were caught on the river side from the pier. The water toys were used by all on the ocean side. Some of the Minnesota guests had never been to the ocean and were amazed. Al Roberts bent over backwards to accommodate extra parking and was very responsive when we had questions. What a memorable trip! Thank you!

The house was just as promised, beautiful and stocked with everything you could ever need. Excellent service, they were there to service one of the ac units before we even realized there was a problem. Relaxing and easy
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The weather was great and there was a lot of fun things to do, kayak, paddle board and even a floating bicycle among many other great things. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our big group of 20. The house had all sorts of beach stuff to play with and if there was a need we just needed to simply ask and either we were told where to find it or it was brought to us. This was a great place to stay with a big group and we had a lot of fun. The best part was the check out process. Easiest rental ever. You just leave. It was amazing.

Amazing Stay
This property had absolutely everything needed for you to have an amazing vacation. Things that did not even come to mind were already in the home saving me a trip to the store and allowing me to fully enjoy all of the beautiful amenities. This was the third property that we rented for my wedding and we loved each one of them. We were able to have our ceremony on the beach and our reception on the river lot of Xanadu. Will definitely be a place for us to come back to. Btw AL was amazing!!!

Another Fabulous Stay!
Xanadu was a fantastic home! We can't think of a single thing to improve on the home. The river side beach was also great and had protection from a day of nasty weather. The beach, however, was rocky and the soft sand was up by the house and not by the water. Overall, this was a very fun trip! Big thanks to Al for making this perfect. Magnotta's

Thank you for your kind review! You may remember from our conversations that the late-season Hurricane Ian had just tore through our area of Florida a one week before your stay (which is why the beach was temporarily rocky.) When hurricanes blow through, they tend to scour the beach of all the sand (erosion) and it takes 6 to 12 weeks for the sand to fill back in from offshore. Fortunately, you were able to take advantage of other ways to enjoy water fun (plunge pool, river & dock, and the nearby Bathtub Reef Beach, which wasn't affected as much by Hurricane Ian due to the offshore reefs that provide the 'bathtub' effect. Thank you again for the review, and we'll see you next time!

Our family of 14 adults and 3 kids (12,9,3)—-had a blast. Tons of fun with everything you could need - plus toys!!! We used it all! Never a dull moment. We all fit around the dining table. Amazing sunrises and sunsets. Fantastic place. A rocky beach but other beaches close by. From snorkeling to bike riding to deep sea fishing—wowser! Any question was quickly answered and ant issues quickly resolved.

A beautiful - perfectly equipped property. Enjoy the sunrise on the ocean and the sunset on the bay. When the host says the property is well equipped - he is not exaggerating. Leave the work to this property management team and just enjoy the ride. The checkout was so unusual - in the words of the host - you "relax" and just leave. The house was awesome. We stayed with 9 adults and 7 children. We had so much space. We made the mistake of getting too much at the store. The house honestly has everything you can think of. (Laundry soap, bathroom items, first aid equipment, coolers, picnic set, beach items, every seasoning/ spices,). The pool/hot tub gave us a nice break from the salt water. The little gifts around the house were a great added touch. Both times I reached out via text, my questions were answered immediately. I was shocked at the easy check out process. We didn’t have to clean or do anything. Thanks so a great family trip.

80th birthday celebration
our mother is in poor health with limited mobility. She wanted to have a family beach vacation to celebrate her 80th bday. This home and the BHIP team did not disappoint! The home’s elevator was a godsend! Mom was able to have her privacy on the third floor and join the family easily and comfortably on the main floor. The home was spacious for our large group of 3 families which included teens. They thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities the house and property had to offer. Once again, Al was accessible and accommodating. We will be back again next year!

This was a great place for a family get together..
We had a great time. We rented this place because half the family lives in the Midwest and don’t see the ocean often. We had a great time in the water. Everything was there to have a great time. The entire family went parasailing one day, rented a boat and pulled both kids and adults around on a tube. Boat rental and parasailing are 5 minutes away. Played family games at night and we all had plenty of time to ourselves if we needed. Grocery stores are nearby too. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Thank you so much for the five-star review, and for sharing your impressions of the property with others. Yep, that sure was a fun experience! Early May is mating season for the endangered Florida Beach Mouse, and as the signs in the home advise, it's wise to not leave doors wide open at dusk or dawn, as that's when Mickey is on the hunt and looking for his Minnie. Thank you for your assistance in letting our team into the house to chase Mickey out a few hours after he was allowed to mistakenly wander inside. Xanadu is so big, I was afraid we might not find him so quickly, but Lady Luck smiled on us that day (Mother Nature is always in full bloom on our area of Florida beachfront, but she is especially active in May!)

Terrific stay
We stayed at Xanadu for a multi-generational celebration, and it was a wonderful visit. The house is lovely and very well supplied; the location is stunning and very convenient; and the unique amenities truly made it a visit to remember. Top notch rental with amazing views and amenities
We stayed at Xanadu with a group of 8 adults and 10 children of varying ages. Everyone had the best experience at the house! The views were unbeatable, and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. From the first moment of arrival, the house felt clean and comfortable. The robes, slippers, and extra bath towels, as well as beach towels, water shoes, cooking supplies, and stocked coffee and tea station are just a few of the items that were very much appreciated. The river side fire pit and dock was a bonus to having the ocean and beach right out our front door, and the heated plunge pool came in handy when our first few days were chilly for Florida's standards. We enjoyed dolphin watching right from the deck one morning and several beautiful sunsets from the 3rd floor balconies. Al was extremely accommodating throughout the week and even helped with the shipment of an item while we were there (and after we checked out!). We have rented many vacation homes in the past and have never had an easier check-in and check-out process. We can't wait for our next stay with Beach Houses in Paradise!
