The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out. Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced.'

'The front desk manager literally stopped talking to her client to yell at me when asking about early check in. The woman helping me was mortified and admitted she’s seen that behavior before. The shower leaked. The sink wouldn’t drain. The bathroom light switch is in the living area not in the bathroom. Very poor lighting dark and dreary. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...

'The room was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. No hair anywhere and perfectly comfortable. Christine was our housekeeper. Her and the front desk staff gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and to explore. We will definitely come back through again!'

'The bathroom was not clean. Lot of hair on floor and bath tub and sink. Stains on carpet. Wallpaper ripped . The bed was good though. Cleanliness needs to be several notches higher. I have pictures to show.'

'It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!'

'The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.'

'The room smelled like mildew the entire time of our stay. The pillow cases were dirty upon arrival. I had to ask three times for new pillows. I had to constantly ask for towels and wash clothes daily because they weren’t provided daily. None of the housekeeping staff speak English so they were unable to assist me with anything. Completely disgusted that the pillows were so dirty and visible. Parking is horrible. Hot tub and pool was ok. Short distance to boardwalk.'

'Very clean, well kept property. Convenient parking right outside the door. Good location to explore the area. Felt safe and secure. Air conditioning kept the room very comfortable. For the price, breakfast options would have been a nice addition. Also, a luggage rack in the room.'
