Gloednieuw huis aan het water klaar voor uw volgende familie vakantie! Breng gewoon je eten en kleding mee. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere een volledig uitgeruste keuken, inclusief een gasfornuis, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, mixer, enz ...

Het huis beschikt ook over een gashaard, draadloos netwerk, Roku TV met honderden films gratis. Er is een wasruimte, bonuskamer met queensize bedden en TV / DVD voor de kinderen. Er is een mooie zwemvijver met een strand, vuurplaats, houtskoolgrill en 185 'aanlegsteiger aan de baaizijde. Loop of fiets naar het centrum van Sturgeon Bay, Portage Park aan het Michiganmeer.

The house was great and just as described. Even in October my boys had a blast swimming in the pond! William was helpful and responsive and even looked for a missing item after we left!! Would for sure stay again and would love to visit in warmer months for more swimming and boating

I was in the area several months before our rental time, and Bill was kind enough to let me see the property inside and out just so I could get a feel for it. Very nice of him and really helped our planning. We celebrated our 50th anniversary there with all of our kids and grandchildren and had a fantastic time… We enjoyed Canoes and kayaks in the pond, we used the fire pit every night and really loved the Blackstone Grill! We loved the inside of the house especially for a big group of various ages. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, spacious condo, great host

Our group of 10 adults and 3 toddlers/infants stayed three nights in June at this spacious condo which is beautifully situated overlooking Sturgeon Bay. There was plenty of room for our group whether inside or outside. And, there are plenty of things to do including boating, swimming, enjoying the sandy beach, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are grills available for outdoor cooking. Our host ensured that we had firewood and supplies needed to use the firepit which was appreciated. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor, and there is a 2-car garage attached which is useful for loading and unloading. It should be noted there are 3.5 baths, as opposed to the 2.5 baths listed.Our host was very responsive to our questions and our requests. At the beginning of our stay, the Sturgeon Bay area was experiencing a heat wave. When we noticed the air conditioning began to fail, we contacted our host who responded promptly and secured a repair technician within a couple of hours on a Friday evening. The bottom line is we enjoyed the rest of our stay in comfortably cool air conditioning.

We had a wonderful family vacation over the 4th of July! We watch fireworks from the boat in Sturgeon Bay, made s’more by the fire, kayak on the lake and explored the beauty of Door County. Bill the host was amazing and so helpful, doesn’t get any better than Bill. The cute dogs were a bonus for our kiddos!

Amazing Vacation Experience!

We had an amazing 5 day stay at this property, Bill the property manager was there when we arrived & lived close by to the home and responded immediately to any questions or issues we had. The "pond" was the biggest hit with the kids, they loved swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc., & the home itself was large enough to accommodate our family. We would absolutely stay at this property again! So much to do in the Door County area is another bonus to this location!!

July 4th Week

This was the perfect stay for our family. Bill was amazing! He was friendly and available. He was also really helpful in terms of activities for the kids. He took us out for the fireworks on his boat, and it was absolutely amazing. The house and property are in perfect location with plenty to do and plenty of space. Sturgeon Bay duplex

This is not a good area for fishing and not ideal for tubing or skiing due to large boats going through the channel to Lake Michigan. To get to the best fishing you need to go through about 2 miles of no wake area through the town. Also the swimming pond had blue die in it which was a little concerning. There were some repairs and replacements needed which in my opinion should not be the case for a rental charging as much per night as this one did. All that being said, we did enjoy the property and had a good time as a family.
