- Spectrum high-speed internet strong enough to accommodate working from home. Able to accommodate multiple devices streaming at one time.
- Off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
- Boat parking with street-to-alley drive-through parking so no backing needed.
- Our front and back yard are open, grassy spaces perfect for throwing a football or kicking a soccer ball around (you bring the balls). We do not have an outdoor deck, grill, fire pit or hang-out area.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in refillable containers in order to do our part to help the environment. Guests are welcome to supply their own toiletries if desired.
- Laundry pods and dryer sheets
- Coffee, creamer, and sugar are also available, however we highly recommend you walk to 5&J Coffee House (only 2 blocks away!) for some of the best coffee in Sturgeon Bay.
- Toys, books, games and a nice pack-n-play are available. If you use these items please clean up after your children and return the items to their original location.

You will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the locked supply closet located off the living room. Check-in is super simple with the keypad door lock on the side door. You will receive your private code approximately 24 hours before check-in.

Our driveway has side-by-side parking for 2 vehicles. If you have a boat trailer you can pull up past the driveway and park alongside the alley in the grass.

This house is located in a family neighborhood and we stay here often with our own children. If you are looking for a party home or are disrespectful to other people's property, this is not the right place for you.
