'Very nice room and comfy bed.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'The staff members were nice, however after sleeping on flat pillows and hard bedding, we woke up to a huge roach in the floor. Had another small one come out from hiding while in the shower. We went to get to advertised breakfast and they had no hot food at all. Everything was kept behind the counter. The orange juice and yogurt was hot and the banana was bruised. Definitely not the 8 out 10 hotel that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here.'

'The king suite was nice and large. The room was quiet as well. Room did need to be vacuumed near bed as some residual somethings of notable size were stepped upon. Other than that, a good stay. Breakfast was decent. Parking is plentiful. Staff were pleasant to work with.'

'Clean room, but shower was clogged, was able to unclog it. Towels, bed, and sheets were very clean. Couldn’t find wifi password. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Overall, great price. Bathroom counter is a great size to get ready.'

'The receptionist was not friendly at check in. He checked me in and gave me the key and that’s pretty much it. I had to ask him about amenities and got an extra key. The room was decent. There was hair in my bath towel… and I woke up in the middle of the night to a roach in the bathroom… I had to go to the desk to request clean towels but had to bring down the old ones to get new ones. No one was at the desk, I had to say hello every single time I went to the desk because they were always in the...

'My stay at Hine2 Suites was amazing. We came to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. Most of the family stayed there and enjoyed the hospitality. From the friendly staff, to the complementary breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms.'

'2days after my stay my credit card was hacked and i only used my card in this hotel. It was illegally used to buy auto parts in the Gainesville area!!!!! I can't accuse anybody, but it felt very strange.'

'The room and the environment were clean. However, the bed throw had hair and other residues stuck in it. The throw definitely needs to be changed. It was worn thin. I removed it from the bed before going to sleep. The bed linen was fresh and clean. The staff was professional.'
