'Personeel niet echt klant vriendelijk We hadden standaard kamer geboekt en kregen een kamer voor invalide met bij behorende douche, was niet fijn! Bij uitchecken geen reden! We waren er maar 1 nacht dus interesseerde het ze vast niet '

'I'll start with the positive. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure and hot water in the shower were good. Now the rest. The staff was not helpful. The shower design made it so the water spills out from the curtain and the floor gets all wet. The toilet flush button made it very hard to flush. 'Breakfast was blah. No real coffee. Room was clean. Pool was okay but no pool towels there. Room only had two sets of towels and when I called to request, they said I had to go to the front to retrieve them myself. I really did not appreciate being woken up at 5:30am on my vacation to the dumpster being emptied.'

'Location was great, you could walk to anywhere you wanted to go in downtown Gatlinburg. Covered parking was a plus and very convenient during our stay. Loved the fact there was an indoor and outdoor pool. Will definitely recommend this property to all my family and friends'

'Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading.'
