'The property is amazing and only a 10 minute beautiful drive to Avalon in the golf cart. Place is spacious and bright. Sunrises are beautiful. 'This place is great. The view of the harbor is amazing from both balconies and it is very comfortable inside. Only downside for us was all the stairs. There are stairs to get in the unit and a flight inside. Certainly doable but my arthritic knee was doing a lot of complaining. Nonetheless a beautiful and comfortable clean place with a view. 'Overall the condo is nice however the floor in bathroom is rotted and shower door doesn’t close well. The worst thing though is the golf cart which is so old and beat up.
