Lake Charles is just a short drive away, where you can visit McNeese State University or enjoy nearby entertainment at Golden Nugget Lake Charles, L'Auberge Casino Resort Lake Charles, Horseshoe Lake Charles, and Wyndham Lake Charles.

The apartment is one of three units in the building, all operated as short-term rentals. Guests also have access to a detached laundry room, secured with a code provided before check-in. The laundry room includes two washer and dryer sets available for use ($2 each – quarters only and available 24/7)
