Quail's Roost Suite in Summerland

5 minuten lopen naar het Peach Orchard-strand met aanlegplaatsen voor boten, picknicken en zwemmen, 10 minuten rijden naar het prachtige Sun-Oka-strand in Trout Creek en 20 minuten rijden naar Penticton, B.C. Nieuwe suite met een slaapkamer, een eigen ingang met alle keuken- en wasfaciliteiten en een terras met bar-b-que; kom en zit naast de natuurlijke bronvijver en bevindt zich in het Adam's Bird Sanctuary. {onze achtertuin is het heiligdom]. De slaapkamer is geschikt voor een queensize bed en de woonkamer heeft een slaapbank. De accommodatie is geschikt voor 1 - 4 personen. Aan de overkant van de straat ligt Peach Orchard Campsite met Pickle Ball en Tennis Courts, met wandel- en wandel- en fietspaden in de buurt.
Summerland is de thuisbasis van prachtige wijnhuizen, de Kettle Valley Train, Summerland Research en Agricultural Station-terrein met uitgestrekte tuinen en uitzicht over de Trout Creek-schraag, om maar een paar van zijn vele historische en huidige attracties te noemen.

Great Convenience if you have family or friends staying at Peach Orchard Campground, Ceiling is a little low as it’s a basement apartment, my husband is 6’1 and he was fine, but any taller might be a issue lol! Len was very welcoming.Quiet and close to everything, A great stay!

Sensational Summerland Stay

My wife and I had an awesome experience staying at Len & Heather’s. It started with them allowing us to check in early. We forgot to bring a couple of items which they brought to us. Their living accommodation were perfect and we loved the comfortable bed. The setting outside where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening bbq was beautiful and peaceful with trees and a bird sanctuary to enjoy and brook running through the back. My wife saw a doe walking through the yard. Outstanding time - we’ll be back and recommend to others - thank you Len & Heather

Quiet oasis

Tranquil, quiet, starry nights.

Len and Heather were great hosts, thank you. The Blaze King fireplace is excellent, as are the heated floors on cooler nights. During the day, the number of different types of songbirds was incredible. Beautiful place to relax and recharge.

Excellent vacation home

Wow! The rental had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The rugs in the bedroom and front room were a real bonus. The front room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t think I would use the washing machine and dryer but I quickly found out after a day at the beach were much needed and appreciated. The yard is outstanding and of course you can’t beat the location. The owner’s are very responsive to all inquiries. This is a must place to stay.

Amazing spot!

This is a beautiful, spacious property with a lovely backyard to BBQ and play lawn games etc. Location is perfect being walking distance to the water. Len and Heather were very accommodating and responded immediately when we had any concerns or requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Summerland Gem

We stayed for 4 nights while we were waiting to move into our new home. It suited our needs to the tee! The location would be perfect for anyone hoping to enjoy the area. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. The only concern for someone might be ceiling height in certain areas of the apartment. We are both 5’6” and had no issues.

Excellent Quiet Getaway

We recently stayed at Quail's roost. The location is excellent, the oroperty is very well kept, quiet and serene. Plenty of outdoor space. Being a family of four with two small kids it was great to get outside when necessary as the accommodations were a little tight for two active kids, but overall we had a wonderful time. Len was an excellent host and I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient Okanagan getaway!

This propery has everything you need to be comfortable. A fully stock kitchen a BBQ, lawn chairs to enjoy the backyard that backs onto the Adams Bird Sanctuary. Enjoyed our evening walks to the Lake.

Quiet, secluded & safe

The suite is perfect for what wanted. We have no interest in being in a hotel setting and eating out with COVID-19. So this allowed us to getaway, tour and view a beautiful area, safely and affordably. We would definitely consider staying there again.
