The Lillie Pad - Charming Suite in Summerland

A fabulous beach town retreat awaits you at ‘TheLillie Pad’! This bright and cheery space is part of a beautiful historic Victorian home in Summerland, CA. Discover the charming seaside town of Summerland. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach where you can stroll or sit and enjoy the sunset. Enjoy shops and restaurants in town or the nearby Santa Barbara area.
The space
Inside the suite, abundant windows and vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy atmosphere. The ‘great room’ features a comfortable living area, dining table and full kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, appealing, and feature a partial ocean view.

Enter the unit via a lovely private patio with outdoor chairs and table perfect for enjoying an evening margarita.
Other things to note
• This unit is ideal for 2 people. We do provide a full sized aerobed that can be set up in the living room for extra quests (2 max).
• This is an attached apartment with a separate entrance, so there may be other travelers present during your stay.
• For larger groups, consider booking the 4 bedroom "The Lillie House" (sleeps 8).
• The house is on a frontage road adjacent to Hwy. 101. The train passes by on the far side of the Highway. Double glazed windows limit any noise considerably. This unit is at the back of the house, further limiting the noise.
• The Lillie Pad has been a vacation rental for over 3 years. Until January, 2021 the bookings were managed by a vacation rental company. We decided not to use them anymore and unfortunately lost all our reviews! If you message us we can send a link to these reviews.
• Santa Barbara County requires a 12% “Transient Occupancy Tax”; we have included this cost in your nightly rate.
