The Space Inside, the living room is spacious and overlooks the canal with lots of windows to capture the sunshine and views. There is a 55'' Roku Smart TV for movie nights. A dining area is set near the living room that seats 4 and also overlooks the canal. The kitchen is just around the corner and has built-in bar seating for 2, stainless steel appliances, stove top, built-in microwave and dishwasher making it easy to enjoy meals at home. Although there is no traditional oven in the kitchen, the home includes a toaster oven, microwave and a propane grill out on the patio to cook up your fresh catch of the day! For added convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, and a washing machine and dryer are provided for use during your stay, making longer visits and boating days easy and comfortable. The home is cooled by central air conditioning and ceiling fans are located throughout. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair for remote work or school while you enjoy the island lifestyle.
