Comfortabele vakantiewoning aan het water

LET OP> Vanaf juli 2019 - Venture Out heeft zijn resorttoeslag verhoogd bij het inchecken naar $ 100. 00 plus belasting voor een totaal van $ 107. 50 te betalen met contant geld, cheque of creditcard. Alle gasten moeten zich registreren op kantoor of in het wachthuis. Unit 175 is schoon en comfortabel. Het biedt een 35 'betonnen dok met op maat gemaakte gewatteerde aluminium dokpalen en zwemladder. Buitendouche voor het afspoelen gelegen op dok. Toegankelijke oprit leidt naar afgeschermde patio en voordeur. Woonkamer biedt slaapbank en fauteuil. Slaapkamer biedt een kingsize bed. Keuken biedt volledige lijn apparaten en vier persoons eettafel. Aminiteiten zijn wifi, gas-BBQ grill, wasmachine / droger, twee fietsen, twee kajaks, strandstoelen en aas vriezer beschikbaar voor gebruik. Geen huisdieren, niet roken. Houd er rekening mee dat Venture Out bij het inchecken eenmalige resorttoeslag in rekening brengt. Het parkeertarief voor overstorten is vanaf juli 2019 gestegen naar $ 5. 00 voor minder dan 20 ft. En $ 10. 00 van meer dan 20 ft. Per dag.

The space and location were perfect for my husband and I. We brought our pontoon and it was nice to launch 3 blocks from the property and to park at the dock, at the house. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful area. The owner kept in contact with us and was wonderful to communicate with. We would stay at this property again.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. We were looking for a place to relax and do a little boating and found a gem. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is located right on the canal with fish cleaning table and shower/hose to make an easy clean up after boating/fishing all day. Onsite boat ramp and marina were amazing! The screened in porch was a favorite spot to take in the summer breezes and after dinner we rode the bikes under the blanket of stars around the family friendly neighborhood and to the large inviting outdoor pool (open til 11)! Great place; Secure, family friendly, quiet, truly a piece of paradise. We hope to come back soon.

My boat is only steps from the rental. A big plus for us. Has a small bait freezer. Access to open water is 5 minutes. The only recommend is a small coffee table for out door area.

Great location. Easy to find. Nice to use kayaks and bicycles. We thought it was a private hot tub but was the on-site communal one so make that clearer in the advert.

This place was perfect for a couple’s getaway! Close enough to Key West to drive over and far enough away from hustle and bustle. Great restaurants nearby. Bed was very comfortable! Our only complaint was that we often ran out of hot water when showering…not a dealbreaker though.

Safe and on a channel!

The pictures are very accurate. What isn't shown is a very well kept residential resort with significant security 24/7. I was traveling alone and this additional security really made me feel very safe. The same guards worked when I was there. This is a smaller, older mobile home style place but has everything you need. You can't beat the location. I didn't take part of any of the resort activities but there were bikes, a nice patio and nothing beats the view. If you need a close place near Key West that is affordable ... look no further!!

Everything was pretty good and we'll rent again when we come back. A couple things to improve: The shower head is corroded and hard to move and the pipe is not secured in the wall. Also, the shower faucet leaks unless you really torque down on tightening them. Second, the cleaning people need to cleaning the corners and under the furniture. There is a lot of fuzz, hair and dust bunnies in the bedroom corners that look like they've been there for a long time. Thank you!
