  • Dit onlangs gerenoveerd 3BR condominium is de perfecte retraite in Sun Valley, aan de overkant van de straat tegenover de Sun Valley Lodge en de ijsbaan. De keuken werd gerenoveerd met granieten aanrecht, samen met nieuwe apparaten en afwerkingen en vloerverwarming. De woonkamer is voorzien van een gas / hout open haard, een comfortabele bank, 2 ligstoelen en een 32 'tv met dvd en kabel. Het eetgedeelte grenst aan de woonkamer en keuken en biedt plaats aan 6 comfortabel. Er is een klein hoekje in de woonkamer met een ingebouwd bureau mocht u hier een werkruimte nodig hebben. Er is ook een terras en een BBQ uit de woonkamer. Draadloos internet wordt ook aangeboden in dit appartement. Er is een slaapkamer op de begane grond met een grote badkamer, met vloerverwarming, grenst aan de slaapkamer. Boven heb je twee slaapkamers; een master met een queensize bed, complete badkamer, open haard en tv, en een 2e slaapkamer met twee aparte bedden en een complete badkamer bevestigd, ook met vloerverwarming. Een stapelbare wasmachine / droger bevindt zich in de hal voor uw gemak. Beneden zijn er ski- en bergkasten.
    Verhuur van dit apparaat is inclusief toegang tot Sun Valley voorzieningen! Je hebt echt geen auto nodig - je kunt bijna overal naartoe lopen, fietsen of de gratis shuttle nemen. Het fietspad loopt 16 km noordwaarts en 16 km zuidwaarts langs de Big Wood River met een prachtig landschap om van te genieten tijdens het wandelen of fietsen. Het pad is geprepareerd voor langlaufen in de winter en biedt toegang tot ski's naar de liften. Het enige dat u hoeft mee te nemen voor uw vakantie bij ons is een verandering van kleding en uw boodschappenlijstje. We kunnen zelfs huur ski's rechtstreeks in de flat laten bezorgen! Alle beddengoed en handdoeken worden voor u verstrekt, evenals zeep, shampoo en lotion.
    De locatie kan niet worden overtroffen met de Sun Valley lodge op slechts een korte loopafstand. Geen andere appartementen in Sun Valley zijn zo dicht bij de Lodge, de ijsbaan en het muziekpaviljoen!
    Complexe kenmerken: De Cottonwood Condominiums zijn gelegen aan Dollar Road, tegenover Sun Valley Lodge / Village. Het nieuwe Sun Valley-paviljoen ligt op ongeveer twee stadsblokken afstand. Dit is de beste locatie voor gemakkelijke toegang tot binnen- en buitenijsbanen, winkels en vergaderfaciliteiten. De locatie staat bekend om zijn privacy en rust, met een mix van comfort, warmte en landschap. Landschapsarchitectuur omvat vijvers en beekjes op het terrein. Skiliften liggen op 1,5 km afstand en zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de Mountain Rides-shuttle die stopt bij de ingang van de Cottonwoods. In de zomer biedt het fietspad kilometers lang fiets- of wandelplezier. Er is een gratis pendeldienst die je bij de ingang van het complex ophaalt en je naar beide skiliften op Bald Mountain, het centrum van Ketchum en naar de Sun Valley en Elkhorn Resorts brengt.

Family Time in the Valley

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice unit in a really good location that fit our family of five comfortably. The bathrooms were a little on the small side, but the property was clean and well maintained. We had a brief hot-water issue during our stay, and Alpine Lodging had a maintenance person there within 10 minutes. They were responsive, professional, and very accommodating.

Working with the Alpine team was seamless and easy. The place was in a great location and close to all of the Sun Valley action. Nice place, comfortable and perfect for a short trip to SV.

Newer updates of a Cottonwood condo’s adjacent to Sun Valley Inn amenities. Check in and prior communication with Alpine Lodging is always positive. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. Exceptionally clean!

Comfortable condo with excellent location

Well, they say location is everything, and with this property you get location and more! Conveniently located across the street from Sun Valley Resort, and most importantly for my family right across from the Sun Valley Ice Center. An easy bike ride or walk to anything you could want to do on resort property, and an easy bike ride into Ketchum. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking/meal needs. The family room was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days. Three spacious bedrooms, the master with a nice sitting area and deck. The bathrooms are small in size, but more than adequate. The master bath shower was nicely renovated with excellent water pressure. For the value provided, this is absolutely a rental we would use again on future stays.

Horrible Condition

Do not believe the condition of this unit as described by the owner! There description of this home as remodeled is completely false advertising. From research, i believe this unit was built around 1970 and is mostly original. The furnishings are of lower quality and condition than one would find in a motor hotel next to a Freeway. DO NOT confuse this home with anything you would expect to find on campus at a nice resort like Sun Valley. This home has nothing to do with the Resort. The microwave worked but the cover came off in my hand when using, the front panel of the dishwasher was hanging off the machine when we checked in. The carpet was much worse condition than my college dorm. Upon check in we were given a printed instruction regarding cooling the home since it does not have AC, the instruction was to close every curtain and blind at dawn to keep out the sunlight all day, this would have been possible if multiple rooms were not missing blinds on the windows which left the home unbearably hot until midnight when it was cool enough outside to cool down inside. If you are traveling with your college roomates and looking for a super low quality place you can crash and party after a long day of skiing then this place is perfect. if you care at all about the condition of the home or the furnishings or cleanliness.... i would look elsewhere!

Great Location for Family with Young Kids

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay at cottonwood 1413 for 1 month with our family (4 years old, 2 years old + 2 parents). To get to the unit had to climb 1 set of internal stairs and at entry of unit had convenient place for shoes and storage outside of unit. On first floor of unit was 1 bedroom/bathroom, kitchen, living and dining. 2nd floor is a large master, 3rd bedroom with bathtub and laundry. While place is older, unit has everything one needs and can tell the owners are replacing things such a nice comfy couch, plates and mugs, tvs (though we spend all our time outside). During our stay, owners replaced the master bed and pillows so all are new. On main floor is a place to park bikes and outside the 2 decks are lovely trees and views of nature. As we stayed during the summer, days were long and I added suction cup black out curtains to the bedroom windows to make them darker. Unit comes with access to SV pools which we loved! Would stay at unit again and appreciative of Alpine Lodge and owners help during our stay.

Cottonwood 1413 was a perfect location! The beds and linens were very comfortable and the main bedroom was very large. The living space and furniture that are pictured in the photos do not match the actual living/dining rooms. The arrangement of the furnishings is awkward and the TV is not located in the living space. The sofa, chairs and pillows are different than what is shown in the photos. The deck furniture cushions were ripped and tattered. I reported the discrepancy to Alpine Lodging between what they market as the interior of the condo and what is reality. They acted surprised that the photos didn't match and offered a discount for a future stay. We would like a discount for our actual stay for the misrepresentation.

Classic Sun Valley Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fine property and it worked well for us. I would consider staying here again. The beds were comfortable and the decor was nice. I originally selected it because its location showed it next to the Sun Valley Nordic trails, so that we could walk over and go ski. It turns out the location was wrong and the condo was about 1/2 mile from the trails, which makes walking difficult with all the gear. The condo also didn't provide a key for the ski lockers in the condo entry. This caused us to bring our ski equipment into the condo, which was also inconvenient.

Excellent condo in a great location

The condo was clean, updated, and very comfortable. It was even rainy for a few days and we all loved just being in the condo. Right across the street from the resort and we loved being able to hang out at the Inn pool in the afternoons. Would definitely stay again.

Property was fine and had plenty of supplies and towels. The furniture in the living room is quiet worn. The beds were comfortable. The location is great.
