Remodeled Four Bedroom Elkhorn Condo Backs to Open Space Near Harker Center

Located in the Sun Valley Elkhorn neighborhood , this 2600 square foot stand-alone townhouse has been completely remodeled with new wood flooring, carpeting, paint and furnishings. Each of the four bathrooms have been remodeled as well as the kitchen which includes an 8 burner Viking gas range and is fully equipped and each of the four bathrooms.

Containing four bedrooms and a den this house sleeps 10 people comfortably and is large enough for your entire family. A short walk to the Harker Center pool and tennis courts, and an easy walk to the free bus service that the City of Sun Valley runs will take you to the main Elkhorn pool, golf course, tennis courts, and to the River Run and Warm Springs chairlifts. The back of the house faces open space with views of the mountains in the distance.

A tri-level design, when you enter the townhouse you have a large entry way. Upstairs is the main living area, with kitchen, family room, dining area and two of the bedrooms. The dining room table can be extended to fit 8-10 people. There is a 65 inch TV above the gas burning fireplace in the family room, that includes a sofa with room for all. A state of the art sound system is powered by Sonos.

Three bedrooms have king size beds and their own ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom has a custom built pair of bunk beds perfect for younger children. Designed with extra-long twin mattresses the bunk beds can also accommodate adults.

Downstairs has the master bedroom and a second guest room with a king size bed. Each of these bedrooms has its own bath and patios to the outdoors. The master bath also has heated floors. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryers and a two-car garage on this level.

In the lowest level is a den where two large sofas face a 55 inch TV, a perfect gathering place for children away from the adults.

The cleaning fee is between $350 ad $500 depending on the number of guests.

Sun Valley is routinely voted one of the best ski resorts in the United States with an excellent beginner’s mountain (Dollar Mountain) and a world-class ski mountain for skiers of all abilities (Bald Mountain). The resort has invested in new high speed chairlifts and it is rare to wait more than five minutes in a lift line. The Elkhorn Village hot tub, sauna, and steam room are open the end of November to mid-April. During the Summer, Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. The Elkhorn Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). An amenity pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis facilities, and we can obtain passes for all guests ahead of time via email.

During the Spring, Summer and Fall months, we enjoy riding bikes on the bike trails, hiking in the mountains nearby and fly fishing on the Wood River and Silver Creek, some of the best fly fishing rivers in the United States. For the golfers out there, there are two very good courses-one at the Sun Valley Resort and one at Elkhorn. There is also a nine-hole public course north of town that is fun for the beginning golfer.
