There was no hot water in the shower. After calling the front desk, their suggestion was to wait ten to fifteen, which I did. After waiting, the water was barely better than ice cold. I also had to call the hotel after checking out because I never received confirmation that I was checked out. She completed the check out, which the staff member who took my key card did not do. The heat in the room did not work. The thermostat had a note saying to use the window unit. Only the air conditioner function worked, which doesn't help when you need heat. The room temperature was set at 54. I will say the staff member who checked me in was helpful. I would never stay here again.
