'The room is very small, with only a toilet. The kitchen has plastic dishes, no proper knives, and no kettle to boil water. Even the most budget hotels usually provide a kettle, so it was disappointing to have to heat water in the microwave. There were about 20 pillows in the room, which felt unnecessary — four would have been more than enough. It would also be very helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner, especially for guests traveling with pets, so we could clean up after them ourselves. For...

'The condo was fabulous! We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. We walked across the street to catch the tram in lot 5 for easy access to Deer Valley. We walked to the Brass Tag at the Lodges at Deer Valley for dinner and drinks a few times. The kitchen had everything we needed and even had a lot of spices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! '

'We had no communication with the owner until we were on our way there. We got an email the day we were to check in giving us the details. The place is basically clean except for a stained tub that could be cleaned. The fan in the bathroom was broken. The kitchen had 1 plate and 1 bowl. The bed is so high off the ground you need a step stool to get in. There is a desk chair and another chair that is old and has no padding. There were 2 irons but no ironing board. 'Check-in was very easy although it took us a few minutes to find the main office. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's close to Main Street, which made our stay really fun! The host was very respectful and courteous.'

'Great access to the ski lifts and the multiple hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms were very enjoyable. Our second floor room had a great view of the ski jumps from our balcony. The room was quite dated and water pressure issues created a very loud and exhausting noise during the entirety of the shower being used. The ceilings were also very thin and we were woken constantly at night and each morning by the 3rd floor residents. '
