'Lovely clean room, excellent staff, great kitchen. BUT… green light in room not conducive to good sleep, and the fire alarm went off at midnight, after which the excitement seemed to evoke some guests to chat and laugh through the night until 3am, then the same group of four men woke up and continued their frivolities from 5:30am until they left just after 7am. Not the staff’s fault. But the sound proofing is poor.'

Upon our arrival, everything was beautiful. The entire house was spotless and exceeded all expectations. We enjoyed a lovely country walk into Ironbridge, and convenient parking was available at the property. Our room was immaculate, offering tea and coffee, toiletries, fluffy towels and a selection of pillows...

'Personeel was behulpzaam en goed. Hotel op zich was goed. De locatie was zeer teleurstellend. Wij zochten een hotel op loopafstand van het centrum. Dit was ons ook toegezegd. Dit hotel lag aan een snelweg en was alleen toegankelijk met een auto. Dus waren wij afhankelijk van een taxi. Dit was zeer teleurstellend'

'Great location for the little town which has some lovely pubs and restaurants. There for business. Hotel is seriously dated and in need of renovation. Lord knows when the mattress was last replaced and room (exec one) just looked shabby. I just expected better for the price. Really disappointing room.'
