'Room was a little damp as expected for a cave hotel but clean. The staff was excellent, very attentive, thoughtful, and spoke good English. We had to leave for the airport early (before their breakfast time) but the staff went out of their way to prepare sandwiches for us.'

'The room was nice and very spacious! This hotel is on the outskirts of Goreme, but it's not that expensive for a taxi into town. There is plenty of parking for a rental car with no problem. There are no walkable restaurants in the area and the breakfast is not all that good.'

'Getting there with car first time I was not sure about small streets etc but it worked perfect. Parking really close no problem. Host was very nice and welcoming. Accommodations not totally new anymore but very clean and comfortable. We loved it and would come back!'

'The hotel was perfectly located—just 3-4 min walk into the town. The staff was exceptional in terms of friendliness and responsiveness. Of the 4 mornings we were there, the hot air balloons went in flight just 2 days (due to the weather). And 1 if those days, they came right next to the hotel! (Select the balcony room if you can get it!) Incredible experience! The only negative was using the hotel transfer. We had issues upon arrival and departure. Other than that, highly recommend! '
