There are 4 total suites That can all be rented together. There is a separate listing for those Brand new remodel 2024.

Boat ramp access
On site for boats up to 29 foot.
There are a total of 4 Suites each Suite is separated by a Door with deadbolts.
Each has its own
entrance and space.
This Suite is not connected internally and is under Suite one with its own entrance.

The swim deck, boat ramp, fishing on community dock and shoreline, picnic tables on property.

Our number will be posted for any needs you may have or questions that come up. We are usually on site or a property manager.
We are enjoy interacting with our guests as much as they would like.

We are close by water to Captain Ron’s, Fish and company, Larry’s on the lake, The cave, Bull dogs,
Bear Bottoms all with in 1 to 8 miles. Haha Tonka 15 miles down the Big Niangua. By land you will be close to woods grocery store at HWY 5 and F, restaurants nearby on land Papa Chubbys 3 min drive, Franky and Louis 10 min drive, Brandon Iron 15 min. Bagnell Dam/Osage beach 25 minutes F road to T to M and across toll bridge.
Camdenton 25 min take F road to Hwy 5 then go left.
35 minutes away from The Loop atv park.
