The Space:

Step inside and you’re immediately welcomed by a fresh, updated interior that perfectly blends modern finishes with a warm lake-home atmosphere. Bright natural light pours through the windows, framing beautiful lake views throughout the home. The heart of the home is the thoughtfully designed kitchen and dining area, built for entertaining large families and groups with ease. The oversized island seats six comfortably while the adjacent dining table welcomes ten more for memorable meals together after long lake days. Fully stocked with large groups in mind, the kitchen includes both a drip and Keurig coffee maker along with the convenience of two dishwashers, making cleanup effortless even for larger gatherings. The spacious main-level living room invites everyone to gather together beneath soaring ceilings, where a large sofa, two power reclining seats, and accent chairs surround the fireplace and mounted smart TV. The open-concept layout keeps everyone connected, flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and dining areas while easy access to the outdoor deck extends the living space outdoors for morning coffee or sunset dinners overlooking the lake.



Downstairs, the lower-level living area creates an entirely separate entertainment space perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after boating adventures. An electric fireplace and mounted smart TV create a cozy setting while the nearby patio access makes it easy to move between indoor fun and outdoor lake activities. The lower-level kitchenette adds even more convenience with counter seating for four, a refrigerator, dishwasher, bar sink, Keurig-style coffee maker, and barware setup ideal for snacks, cocktails, and casual entertaining throughout your stay.



Located right on the lake, of course you’ll be anxious to head outside where multiple deck and patio areas offer inviting places to dine al fresco, unwind in the fresh Ozark air, and soak in the peaceful waterfront setting. The dock area becomes its own destination for swimming, lounging, launching watercraft, or simply enjoying life on the lake. With roomy parking, outstanding dock amenities including two boat slips and a personal watercraft slip, plus inviting outdoor dining spaces overlooking the water, The Ozark Acre is the kind of getaway where unforgettable Lake of the Ozarks memories are made.



This home comfortably sleeps 18 guests between 6 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the basement living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, access to the deck through a sliding glass patio door, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of full-over-full size bunk beds, a smart TV, and deck access.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and patio access.



Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #6 includes a set of full-over-full size bunk beds, a twin size trundle bed, and a smart TV.



This home also includes two (2) additional full guest bathrooms; each equipped with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 6 vehicles available. Parking is available, with a circle gravel drive, above and before you get to the property. When approaching the property, please stay on the drive that is to the left.

• The drive going down directly to the right of the property and ending at the lower level of the property can be used for loading/unloading purposes, but please don't park full-time here. The boathouse directly to the right is owner use only - it is not part of this rental property.

• Trailer parking is permitted; however, please note that trailers will reduce the total number of vehicles that can park at the property.

• Dock amenities:

o Two guest-use boat slips measuring 9x23 each

o One guest-use PWC slip measuring 9x13

o For owner use only/not available to guests: one 11x23 boat slip with a lift

• This home is pet friendly. We understand that pets are part of your family, and we welcome well-behaved pets in our vacation rental! To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines:

o We allow a maximum of 1 pet per stay — dogs only.

o Only dogs under 50 pounds are permitted; this policy is in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

o Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25 per pet, per day. Depending on your booking platform, this fee may or may not be included in your reservation total. If you are bringing a pet, please contact our Guest Services team after booking to confirm whether the fee has already been applied or if it needs to be added.

o Pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and under the control of their owners at all times; excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors are not permitted.

o Pets may not be left unattended in the property unless secured in a crate or carrier.

o Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets both inside the rental and in surrounding areas; any damage caused by pets will be charged accordingly.

o Pets are not permitted on furniture, including beds and sofas — please bring your pet's bedding or crate for their comfort.

o Guests are responsible for complying with local leash laws and pet regulations; pets must be on a leash when outside the rental property.

o Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in additional cleaning fees, damage fees, or, in severe cases, termination of the rental agreement without refund. By bringing your pet to our vacation rental, you agree to adhere to these guidelines. We appreciate your cooperation in helping ensure a wonderful experience for all of our guests!
