'This location was very convenient to the airport, only a 10 to 15 minute drive through Chennai traffic. I think that this was one of the biggest positives for this hotel. Our check-in experience was pretty smooth. Cleanliness was rated a 4 mainly because we had found some items from previous guests in our room as soon as we entered. However, this was immediately addressed by the staff at the hotel and they were accommodating and friendly.

'This hotel is very poorly managed for its hyped rating & the price. Very average reception settings. Quality of food in the restaurant is poor quality & taste. Conditions of the room is poor with cracked wash basin. Room service pathetic. '

'Stayed one night for transit. Overall clean rooms can manage for overnight. Room is really small for this price. To make the rooms smell free, have used heavy amount of naphthalene balls, room full of same smell. No windows in the room. TV position and Bed direction completely irrelevant. You can't watch TV at all. To be frank this is overpriced for the quality I got.'

The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)
