This lovely oceanfront home is everything you need for a luxurious vacation on the beach! Sur La Mer boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a private oceanfront pool (open from Easter - October). The gorgeous décor will wow you as you enter this light-filled home and enjoy the fantastic ocean views!

The two levels of oceanfront decking are perfect for eating, relaxing, and watching the waves. You can sit in the shade, take in the views, or catch up on your tan in the island sun from your private deck. Meal time is an actual breeze at the outside table for 6, so you can dine and take in the views. There is even an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to enjoy after a long day on the strand!

Inside, you will find two living areas, a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, and lovely finishes like the heart of pine flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig are available for your convenience. The large dining table seats 10, and there are 4 more spaces at the kitchen bar - perfect for entertaining, card games, spending time together, and enjoying delicious meals. The kitchen's refrigerator water, sink, and ice maker have a reverse osmosis water filter for your peace of mind. Plus, we have gas logs to enjoy in the cooler winter months. FYI: A/C may not be adjusted below 70 degrees.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides beach and bath towel sets per total occupancy for your convenience. Each set includes a washcloth, hand towel, and bath and beach towel.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

At Sur La Mer, we believe that pets are family too! That's why we're delighted to welcome all your furry family members at no extra charge. Please note that to ensure a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that puppies under one year old not join us, as they tend to explore with their teeth. However, once they've grown past the furniture-chewing phase, we can't wait to meet them. Your four-legged friends will love it here just as much as you will!
