This Hobbs Smart Home (1K, 3Q, 3T, 1BB) has it all; two living rooms for plenty of space, the main living room has a 55" TV, a dining area that seats eight, a large kitchen with bar seating, spacious oceanfront deck with two levels for shade and sun, and a street-side private pool (open from Easter - October). You are just steps away from the white sand beach, ocean, or pool to relax and play! Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
