With two levels of covered decking on both sides, the views here are truly unmatched!

Conveniently located on one of the island's widest deep-water canals, with a private floating dock, this home is a watersport enthusiast's dream. So bring your kayaks and stand-up paddleboards, and don't forget to reserve your jet ski rentals! The fenced backyard is perfect for your furry friend to enjoy their time at the beach as well. The beach access is just a short walk away at the Holden Beach Pier, so you are only moments away from sand and sun. You are also within walking distance of the local general store, surf shop, and best of all - an ice cream shop!

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (10) for convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.
