Have a blast with water sports from the aluminum floating dock and ramp. The floating dock measures 8x16 feet for all of the boat lovers in the group. Kayaks, jet skis, paddleboards, and more! Or enjoy some fresh seafood by casting your fishing pole or dropping a crab trap from the convenience of your backyard. Enjoy a game of basketball with the hoop in the front yard/driveway. The laundry area is located in the ground-level storage room inside the garage, not connected to stairs inside the home.
