Vakantie in dit charmante, originele Holden Beach oceaan huisje. Dit kostbare huis van 2 BR / 2 BA biedt een prachtig uitzicht, een bubbelbad op het strand aan de oceaan, een eigen loopbrug naar het strand, een goed verlichte barbecue met koud water en stroom naast een groot overdekt terras met een grote privétuin douche met kleedruimte. Volledig ingerichte keuken met verbeterde apparatuur en granieten werkbladen. Plafondventilatoren overal, ATMC Platinum kabel-tv, snel draadloos internet en telefoonbundel. 50 "HDTV, 1 videorecorder, 1 dvd-speler, 1 dvd-blue-ray-speler, 2 iPod-sounddock / wekkers. De eigenaar biedt een Premier-pakket met beddengoed van 100% katoen voor reeds bereide bedden, bad- en strandhanddoeken. U vindt water in de koelkast, gevulde papierproducten, handzepen in de keuken en baden. Dit is een niet-roken eigendom.

50% van het totale verschuldigde bedrag is vereist om uw reservering te garanderen. Resterende 50% moet uiterlijk 45 dagen voor het inchecken zijn voldaan. Borg is terugbetaalbaar, ervan uitgaande dat er geen schade is veroorzaakt door gasten. De eindschoonmaak is bij een verblijf van zeven nachten of meer inbegrepen. Bij een verblijf van minder dan zeven nachten is een verplichte toeslag voor de eindschoonmaak vereist. Bij een verblijf van 7 nachten of meer zijn beddengoed gratis. Bij een verblijf van 6 nachten of minder wordt beddengoed automatisch toegevoegd aan de reservering, voor de gasten, of u kunt uw eigen linnengoed meenemen. Als u later kiest om uw eigen linnengoed mee te nemen, dient u dit twee weken voor de incheckdatum te ontvangen. Er is geen restitutie van het linnengoed mogelijk zonder de juiste kennisgeving van twee weken. Gasten zijn verantwoordelijk voor hun eigen bad- / strand- / keukenhanddoeken, toiletartikelen, papieren producten, zeep, enz. Tenzij anders vermeld.

Gedeeltelijke weken zijn beschikbaar tijdens niet-zomerseizoenen, of als last-minute boekingen in de zomer, op basis van beschikbaarheid. Vakantie annuleringsverzekering wordt ten zeerste aanbevolen! Cute little home in Holden

This lovely little home is just perfect for two people or a small family. I would definitely choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises. The description of the physical house is spot on, although the list of items provided by the property manager may be a bit misleading. While it was mentioned in the confirmation email that we needed to bring everything except for bed linens, the house was actually fully stocked with nice pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and all the cooking and eating utensils you could need. A Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, and mixer were available. We also found some spices (and plenty of salt shakers), paper towels, dishcloths, and oven mitts. In the bedrooms, towels, linens, and toilet tissue were provided as well. I mention this not to criticize the property manager, as I'm sure it's a standard email confirmation, but to help out future guests so they don't have to bring as much stuff. The stairs leading up to the house can be a bit daunting when carrying multiple loads of unnecessary items, especially in 90-degree heat. The location of the home was fantastic. It's just one house away from the public beach entrance, which has plenty of parking. Keep in mind that the beach in front of the house may be bustling with lots of people, so if you prefer a quieter beach experience, this may not be the best choice for you.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I absolutely loved staying in this beach house. It was very comfortable and had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed and the hot tub was a great place to hangout during our February stay. This place seemed very homey and loved. We can't wait to come back again.

Cozy and comfortable

Place was shabby chic, comfortable but not perfect. Loved the kitchen, had all the conveniences - even spices! The security system needed some instructions to turn off when we opened windows!! Loved the Hot Tub. The weather was not ideal but the Hot tub saved the trip!! Lots of games and puzzles and books. Look forward to going back! Perfect for our little family of 4!!

Great little spot!

Desperate for a break, we search for a two bedroom oceanfront house with a hot tub. This place did not disappoint. It was quiet, and pretty comfortable .The kitchen and bathrooms are fabulous…We loved the updates, kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy, too…great sheets! We loved being able to watch both the sunrise and the sunset from the deck.

Beach Home Away From Home

We’ve been coming to Holden Beach for many years, but had never stayed at the east end of the island. Lulu Rose is a comfortable, well kept beachfront home with an updated, well stocked kitchen (lots of plates, various glassware, pots, casseroles). The bathrooms are also updated. We loved the big coffee table In the living room which was perfect for jigsaw puzzles and games. The deck was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or a dip in the hot tubin the evening. We enjoyed dinner on the lower patio as well. it’s a great place to read in the heat of the day. And... of course, walking down to the beach on the walkway and seeing the turtle nests was a bonus. (No turtles yet!)

Great location and hot tub was an added extra. The property is in need of a deep clean through out. Cleaners do a mediocre job at best. It’s old which was fine but the owners need to put some money into making it look a little nicer. Definitely not taken care of.

Great For Small Group

We loved this place. It is older, but we like that. The view is perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the oceanfront hot tub was not checked or properly working our first night. Once I called, it was fixed and ready for night #2. Otherwise, it was an great anniversary weekend.

Dirty old house

Ocean was beautiful... the decor needs to be updated, chipped furniture, awful aqua stained rug , stained couch covers , hot tub had brown foam , not clear did not use at all, large roaches, the tub was dirty, small rug were dirty and could not enter down stairs laundry room. I left it cleaner then i found it.

Beautiful cottage, but needs a lot of care.

We have been going to Lulu Rose for several years now. We have always enjoyed our little cottage on the beach, but it seems that the upkeep has diminished very noticeably each year. When we first arrived we had to immediately call maintenance for all the lights that weren't working, both inside and outside. He came pretty quickly, but only replaced a few lights stating it was a fuse box issue. Not sure if that made me feel very safe! The other issues we had were the overall cleanliness of the place was sorely lacking. The couch and chair covers were stained and looked like they hadn't been washed...ever! We also encountered two roaches, one on the kitchen counter and one in the back bathroom. We were so disappointed with the cottage this time, especially given the fact that the prices keep increasing but the house seems to deteriorating before our eyes! So very sad! It breaks our hearts that we may not return to Lulu given the present circumstances.

Great Place to get away from all the stress of Covid-19! Lulu Rose is a very nice quaint cottage!

What a wonderful week! Great weather for Memorial Day and the shelling was once again great! Was able to visit both east and west end mailboxes this trip! Can’t wait to be back in the fall!!
