Step outside to your private heated pool($85/day fee. Call the office to add pool heat), complete with a poolside bar and fridge to keep drinks cool and snacks close. A retractable glass garage door connects the indoor lounge to the pool deck, while a sleek awning lifts to reveal a shaded serving space—perfect for poolside lounging. Grill seafood or burgers, dine outdoors, play cornhole, or try the putting mat. Head to the third-floor deck for sunset cocktails in rocking chairs. Built-in Sonos speakers on every level, including the pool area, let you enjoy music throughout your stay. Complimentary towels and beach gear are ready to go—just head out for a perfect day in the sand. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and can be arranged after booking.

The main living area features a 75' TV and a Dimplex electric fireplace. Downstairs, a media room includes a 65' TV, queen-size sleeper sofa, and Pac-Man arcade game—perfect for movie nights or extra guests. A third TV in the garage lounge opens to the pool for relaxing with a game or music.
