Dit gloednieuwe huis met 2 verdiepingen biedt alles wat je zou kunnen vragen op het strand! Home heeft een omgekeerde plattegrond met grote dekken en een kraaiennest om te genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op het strand. Locatie is alles, want je hebt een korte wandeling naar een privéstrandtoegang die zich aan het einde van de straat bevindt. Ook op loopafstand is het eiland restaurants, speeltuin met basketbalveld, snoepwinkel en een ijssalon.

De woning biedt in totaal 5 slaapkamers zoals hieronder uiteengezet. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen complete badkamer en alle kamers hebben een 43-inch led-smart-tv, behalve de kamer met stapelbedden. Elke slaapkamer heeft ook toegang tot een buitendek.

De keuken op de bovenste verdieping is open en luchtig met roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen en een kookeiland met stoelen voor 4 personen. De keuken is mooi ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt om maaltijden te maken in het huis. De eetkamer heeft een groot open raam om van het uitzicht te genieten en de tafel biedt plaats aan 8-10 personen.
Grenzend aan de keuken zal een mooi ingerichte woonkamer met 65 "LED Smart TV zijn.

De eerste verdieping, samen met de drie slaapkamers, voegt een tweede familiekamer toe met 65 "LED Smart TV voor de kinderen om hun eigen persoonlijke ruimte te hebben. Er is ook een slaapbank voor extra slaapruimte in de woonkamer en een natte bar met minikoelkast.

Misschien wel het beste kenmerk van dit plan zijn de grote dekken aan de achterkant van het huis met uitzicht op het zwembad en een geweldig uitzicht op de oceaan. Het benedendek is perfect voor diegenen die uit de zon willen komen en van de zeebries willen genieten terwijl ze een boek lezen of de hele dag dutten. De voorste dekken van de voorkant van het huis kijken uit op de intracoastale waterweg. Een kraaiennest heeft een geweldig uitzicht op de Holden Beach-brug, de waterweg en enkele geweldige zonsondergangen.

Na een ochtend op het strand zal iedereen dol zijn op het grote privé-zwembad (14x30) om af te koelen. Het grote houten terras is perfect om te zonnebaden of gewoon rond te hangen bij het zwembad. De op maat gemaakte tiki-bar heeft een wastafel, een mini-koelkast en alles wat je nodig hebt om de hele dag bij het zwembad te hangen. Een buitendouche met warm en koud water bevindt zich ook aan de achterkant. Een extra half bad bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping dicht bij de mudroom met gemakkelijke toegang vanaf het zwembad.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We had a great time for a week with 6 adults and 6 kids (ages 3-16). The house was great: clean and comfortable, plenty of room for everyone, and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and back yard were great when we weren't at the beach, just a few steps down from the property. Already considering coming again!

A Perfect Getaway for Our Group

There were 6 adults in our group. There were supposed to be 8 but one couple had to back out at last minute. Even if they had come, there would have been plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was roomy enough for a few of us to work at meal prep at the same time. The pool area, hot tub and tiki bar were all an added bonus. We loved the proximity to the beach access, too. And let’s not forget the elevator to bring groceries and coolers up from the bottom floor. Many great memories were made here! We’d love to go back!

This is a beautiful home, well-suited for our family of 5. The location is excellent - a 2-minute walk to the beach, 5-minute walk to the basketball court and 10-minute walk to Sunset Slush. Excellent communication with the owner. We hope to be back!

Perfect beach house for family/ friends

We rented this property to celebrate my birthday. I came with my family (two kids) and met up with my four best friends and their families (including 2 other kids). The house was perfect. There was space for everyone to be comfortable, come together for rowdy meals, and sit alone on a porch and read. The beach is a house away, so we rolled down with tons of toys from the house and had a blast (while still being able to come back for the inevitable bathroom breaks with kids!). The pool was perfect while the younger kids were napping. It was heated and we all were happy to spend hours in it with a few trips to the hot tub. The house was well equipped with cooking dishes/ needs. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. We would love to come back to Holden beach and would absolutely stay here again!!

Absolutely Wonderful

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach house! The house itself was beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was a favorite of the kids, while the adults preferred the hot tub! The short walk to the beach was very easy and convenient. Being so close to the bridge was definitely a major plus!! This was our family's 11th trip to Holden Beach and this house is definitely one of our very favorites. I was a little concerned about being on the 3rd row, but the walk to the beach was shorter than some of the oceanfront houses we have stayed at in the past. We look forward to staying here again!!

Family Vacation

This house is great to accommodate large families! We had 4 families with children ranging ages from 3-18 & they were all entertained the entire time. The kids loved the heated pool & hot tub, the adults enjoyed the tiki bar area & lounge chairs. The beach is super close & this house has plenty of chairs, sand toys, & carts to make the short walk a breeze. The teenagers loved being able to take a short walk tor he beach to go fishing. All bedrooms are fully equipped with linens & towels & comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials. We loved sitting in the crows nest in the morning while enjoying our coffee. 10/10 house & accommodations, we would definitely stay again!

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. As two families traveling with 5 teenage boys 13-16 years old, we never quite know how things are going to work out. The house is in a great location that allows for views of the ocean and the inter coastal water way. The teenagers could walk to the beach and we could still see them from the crows nest. The owner was up front that he couldn’t guarantee pool heat for our March stay (uncertain weather/air temp) but we rolled the dice and went for it anyway. We had some super windy days, a drizzly one, and a rainy one, yet the younger teens were delighted to have a warm pool to enjoy each day. The elevator was awesome for moving luggage and groceries as needed. We had two questions that required communication with the owner throughout our 7 day stay and he was readily available and helpful. The home was comfortable and clean, and we will surely look to enjoy another stay in the future if the owner will have us! Thank you!

Location & House Perfect!

We had a weeklong Friendsgiving with 7 adults, 8 children. The house was clean, open with everything you'll need in the kitchen. The hot tub and pool was a favorite. Only challenge was frig space but could be solved in a mid week run vs getting a weeks worth of food on day one. We loved the house and can't wait to book again! Host was quick to support our questions!

Owner was very communicative and professional. The house was beautiful, and the ocean view from the kitchen was phenomenal. Even saw dolphins a few mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely, fully stocked house. Do be prepared to climb stairs (even though there is an elevator) and enjoy the stars from the crow's nest.

Loved the location & amenities!

We had a fabulous beach trip! Young kids (toddler bed and bunk beds were perfect) up to 70+yo grannies with mobility issues (elevator was clutch!), and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room, heated pool was used frequently by the littles, only got to enjoy the hot tub one night, but Wow!, and the location -- beach an easy stroll for eveyone (with beach cart and chairs provided), and the view from any level of the house was gorgeous, sunsets from the crows nest were tops. We also used the community playground nearby. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Shae was easy to communicate with and a great host. Look forward to return trips!

Everything about this place was as advertised, if not better. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, most importantly responsive. I can’t say enough how wonderful of an experience our trip was, even through a tropical storm. Everything was clean and the amenities worked perfectly. Hope to visit again sometime!!!
