Oceanfront Home w/ Private Pool

This newly renovated 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath home has 2 Living Rooms, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Kitchens each with an Island and Bar Seating and a PRIVATE POOL. This home can sleep as few as 6 people or as many as 22 comfortably. Be together with the interconnecting first level or close the door and have a little private time in separate spaces. This home can accommodate multiple families and large groups. Featuring two levels of oceanfront decking for you to enjoy the sounds and views of the Atlantic Ocean! Only steps away from the beach strand from your private boardwalk. Parking available for 6 vehicles. Partially enclosed parking under the house for added privacy and where you can relax or enjoy a picnic in the shade. Two private showers with hot/cold water are located downstairs allowing you to rinse off sand before entering the home or pool. This home is conveniently located near the Holden Beach Fishing Pier (currently closed), General Store, Ice Cream and Local Shop! Bed & Bath Linens provided with all rentals. Guests may request to have the pool heated or cooled from May through the end of October for an additional $250.00 fee. Pool features include a lounging ledge, deep end seating, generous entry steps and a safety ledge around the perimeter. The pool is enclosed with a full privacy fence and locked gate for the safety of small children.

Women’s Retreat
So grateful that we found this property for a women’s retreat. Sabrina was a great host and always answered any questions quickly. Everyone loved her property as it was clean and had plenty of room. It had plenty of pots ands pans to cook and also not far from Beaches and cream’s, homemade ice cream, and The Cove’s seafood. If we decide to do the trip again, we may definitely come to Sabrina’s home again. Highly recommend.

The perfect location and home for a weekend of serenity
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here at Holden Beach. The beach itself is clean, peaceful and gorgeous. The house exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The pool and porches were thoroughly enjoyed as well. Sabrina was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended this house!

A Very Impressive Stay
We feel beyond thankful to have found this property. The house was an awesome layout- perfectly fit our large extended family! It was decently kid friendly as well. It is right next to a surf shop, general store, and ice cream shop. We did not need to jump into our cars for anything! We stayed right at the end of the summer so the entire shop was 50% off. The ocean was clean, not overcrowded even with the shops next door, and we found a ton of shark teeth! Really a trip we will never forget. The pool was beautiful and such a relaxing break from the beach. Every inch of the house was used and appreciated. We likely will rent this house again!

Awesome View on the beach
We had a really great time, the ocean views were awesome. The pool was very clean, perfect. The house has two living rooms, two kitchens, these areas can be separate or combined. It was nice because cartoons can be on in one living room for the kids and regular TV in the other living room. Close, but there are separate spaces.

Awesome place!
We had a great time with a large group for a summer vacation. The house was perfect for multiple families with lots of kids and adults. Right on a beautiful beach and it has a great pool as well. Highly recommend!

A great place for the extended family
Our extended family (3 generations ranging from 5 to 70 years) stayed at this place and had a great time. The location is beautiful- right on the beach. Although it was chilly in December we could walk the beach and the kids could play in the sand. The house comfortably fit all of us with ample bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. There was an issue with the water due to the extreme cold weather when we arrived, but Sabrina could not have been more helpful and took care of the problem right away. We would definitely recommend.

Great place for multiple families!
Great house, great location, great owners! We had two families, 5 kids total ranging in age from 3-12 and we all had the best time. The identical floor plans (two kitchens, two dining, two living rooms) was perfect for separating the two families and also the kids from the parents. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated and well stocked. It’s located right next to a small general store and ice cream/surf shop. We walked over to the general store a few times for items we had forgotten at food lion…or for the kids to comb through all of the beach themed knick knacks. We were unfortunately out of season for the pool but it looked perfect and private. Beautiful flat and very wide beach!! The owners were very prompt and friendly with their responses…we had one upstairs toilet that wouldn’t flush and they had someone out there quickly to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!
