Our standard for room amenities is for one person, but if you need extra, please feel free to contact our front desk, we will happy to assist you. As for the pool, our pool is a whirlpool, that is why the size is smaller compared to normal swimming pool. We understand that you might not comfortable using the pool while others around. We provide changing rooms next to Sauna for guest who want to use whirlpool. As for towels, towels actually provided also, we will try to monitor the towels availability and refill it as soon as possible if the towels are used. On your period of stay, there's an event in the 11th floor cafe, that is why it's more crowded than usual. But in daily use, out whirlpool and our cafe both are public area and hotel facilities, that is why all of our guests can use the facilities.
