Recommended
We stayed here for two nights. Room is efficiently designed and comfortable. Breakfastbuffet is abundant, especially the indonesian part, but continental is also provided. A special plus for the very friendly staff, who helped where they could, to make the stay even more pleasant. All in all, for the price paid a very good option

Goed gelegen bij shoppingcentra
Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mooie moderne kamer. Stabiele wifi verbinding. Niet echt grote kamers maar stoort niet. Niet voor gezinnen meer voor stelletjes of alleenstaande. Dat is mijn ervaring. Ik zou zeker terugkomen daar.

Disappointing
For a simple check in, we had to wait quite long. Then the water inside the room is brown and small flow, the heater does work even work too much so that we had to take a shower with the water like coming from hell (too much hot water). The temperature of the water couldn't be adjusted to normal temperature. Even if the location is good, I think there are still other better budget decent hotels at the same location. I will not come back here next time.

The members of staff were polite and accommodating, however - check in was delayed because room wasn't ready at 4pm - requested for a non smoking room but wasn't available - given a suite on the 10th floor, right below the pool/jacuzzi level. We could hear banging and clingking sounds from the ceiling from our bed. - air conditioning wasn't working. Went down to ask for a change of rooms but none available. Sweat whole night despite their technician's best efforts - given a change of room the next day, non smoking level. Air conditioning was blowing hot air. We tried to off/on, remove key card etc. The room phone wasn't working for us to call reception so had to go down again. - technician fixed the ac But by then, our faith in this hotel had diminished. Oh ya.. random school kids had an event over the weekend and hung around the lobby and room corridors at night. Maybe this doesn't happen all the time.. Just our luck. But it didn't help.

Pleasant hotel but not near to any Malls/eateries.
No tourist map provided by the hotel. Therefore one has to go anywhere by taxis. Traffic was horrendous. No system. Cars still passed at Traffic red light! I was nearly knocked crossing the road in front of the hotel!! My case was not as a tourist there but a diverted one due to the closure of airport in Bali re the eruption of Mt Agung! I had to spend 2.5 days in Surabaya before I could fly back via Malaysia! I won't rate it as a nice stay in Surabaya.

Very helpful staff
This is just a typical big hotel but the staff here helped me so much since I was travelling alone. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and clean.

just an Ok hotel
This is a relatively new hotel but the overall condition is what you pay for. Its not very well kept and cleanness could be much better.

Central location. Close to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended. Big rooms and very clean and modern. Like 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. Very clean and they have an amazing funky bar and cafe. Great gym, parking and swimming pool also provided.

Terrible stay in which I ordered a double bed and they allowed themselves to be overbooked. Staff gave me a double bed smoking room which I flatly refused and she lied to me it's not a smoking room. Went into room and there was the heavy smell of deodorant smell to musk it. 15 mins later smoke smell came back and my sinus became really bad. Went down to complain and they gave me a suite room whcih smelt even worst. Finally I was forced to settle on a twin bed room in which I have no use for. Terrible hotel.

It was a lovely hotel, rooms slightly on the small side, friendly staff. But English not great for tourists trying to plan onward travel, we asked for timetables for busses and trains, and they tried the best they could, but it would be good to have a bit more knowledge of these things at the front desk.

I had a bad experience
First of all, I like the room and in general I think the hotel is good. But sometimes things happen and things don't work out as we plan. We arrived late at night for a check in, traveling on a road trip from Jakarta to Bali. When booking hotel chosen double bed, and having a big choice of hotels to choose from, I don't want to be gambling at this. On arrival we were not told that there is no double bed room and only when went up to the room we have seen its a twin room. When came down and asked that we booked a double, we have been told that all are busy. There is a higher standard room with double bu we have to pay additional to get it. Even though it was after 2 am and they had no chance to rent it out. On remarks that we have booked a double we were told that it is not guaranteed when booking threw expedia and is only a preference. Honestly I am not happy with that expedia, I want to get a room I choose at the booking. When we understood that have no choice and a refund would be a great hustle and it was too late already, we went up to our twin room where we found no toilet paper and a leaking air conditioner making a lot of noise. When called reception, a repair person came up with ladder and started to fix it. All this after 2 am morning! We were getting irritated, when we were proposed a different twin room with a working air conditioner. As I said I believe the experience in this hotel could be great, but if I book a double bed I want to get it.

我们订房前有仔细看过网友的评论,居然没有人提到G suite的 G层居然是个酒吧,前台没跟我们商量就给安排了个2层,结果到了晚上十点,已经被震得睡不着觉了。被迫跟前台商量换到了10层。

Excellent Brunei tourism base
Brunei's capital has few hotels, almost no taxis, limited local buses, and only a handful of sightseeing attractions. Thus the Capital Residences' shuttle service is a crucial bonus for a clean apartotel that provides good breakfast.

Well i bookes for standard room since i thought that this room was available as well for extra bed. Unfortunately it wasnt. However reception upgrade the room. I really appreciated that and make my day bright.. This hotel also has good capuccino coffee.. really enjoy staying at this hotel

Great hotel with good location, everything is good
The only drawback I can think of was that my key card died a couple of times, and the rooms power along with it. The wifi was okey for normal use, but a no go for Videos(YouTube works). Speed usually 1,5 mb/s The staff is one of the most helpful one I've met on.my month long trip. Breakfast is wide, you get to order eggs or omelette, there is also porridge and NasiG, noodles, toast + jam and chocolate etc. almost opposite the street from the Hotel, you will find a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, it's really great! I ate there 3 times!! (16 pieces was 88.000 idr, including tax) But yes, this hotel is great!!!

Good for business!
This hotel is good for business as situated in center of Surabaya. Room was fairly clean but when we arrived we asked to move rooms because the bed sheets were dirty. Breakfast is not great, lots of Asian food but not much selection for a Western palate. Staff fine, cafe at the top is cool, but they don't really serve much alcohol, just a few beers. Wifi good.

Hôtel à l'apparence moderne. Chambre confortable dommage que les kits salle de bain ne soient que pour une personne. Le personnel ne parle pas bien anglais et il n'y a pas de piscine à proprement parlé car il ne s'agit que d'un cube d'eau au milieu du bar lounge qui sert davantage d'espace de jeu aux clients que d'espace détente (pas de transat ni de serviettes donc il faut avoir envie d'être en maillot devant tous les clients du bar juste pour barboter).

Friendly, effective staff, nice location.
A short stay to catch early flight next morning on sunday. I stayed at 3rd floor but at 11 pm the music from club downstairs came trough, so I asked to switch the room. Reception responded quick, within 15 minutes I was already on the 6th floor ready to continue my sleep.

Decent modern hotel, and staff were helpful. The problem is smaller rooms are tiny with no storage or hanging space. I also noticed many of the towels or sheets while clean, had old stains on them and needed to be replaced. It's in a pretty convenient area, close to some dining and malls.

convenient location
the hotel is located in the middle of the city, it is very convenient to reach my meeting venue which was only walking distance to the hotel. the room was nice, clean and well equipped, comfortable for short stay. there is a bar/restaurant at the lobby floor, and restaurants are just around the corner, very convenient.
