Een zeer prettig verblijf met alle comfort.
Na een warme wandeling is het fijn om in het hotel te zijn, waar je je geest en lichaam kan verwennen. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel is geweldig!

People were very friendly and eager to make sure your stay was pleasant. However the rooms( at least the one we're stayed in) was in poor condition, both showers were in disrepair. Water damage in bathrooms. String smell of sewage. They were clean enough but a little rough.

Could have better value for the money paid.
It was quite a good property; we stayed in the residences part of the hotel and the residence was OK so-so and didn't justify the price we paid, in terms of the decor and facilities. It was quite large and all, but didn't seem worth the S$325 we paid for one night.

Very impressed with customer service. The expedia web site stated free airport transfer but when we contacted the property to arrange airport pick up, they sent an email with prices we would have to pay for the transfer. We replied saying it says it is included and they agreed to pay the airport to hotel transfer but we would have to pay the return trip to the airport. When we showed them the web site stating free transfers, they agreed to pay it both ways. The hotel was basic but nice. Walking distance to a mall.

A nice hotel with excellent service!
I stayed only one night in a suite room. The room was nice and spacious. Minibar was filled and for free. The executive lounge is a bit simple but the staff very helpful and happy to serve. All in all a perfect stay. I will come back!

Absolutely amazing hotel
We checked in around dinner and only stayed the one night, but it was a very luxurious accommodation. The staff was very nice and helpful. We also had dinner at the hotel that night and then breakfast the next morning before heading out and both were amazing. The breakfast had a huge selection of different foods to choose from and all were good. I highly recommend this hotel.
