Welkom in het paradijs! Ons strandhuis is een professioneel gestileerd huis met vijf slaapkamers / drie badkamers gelegen in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Deze suite is geschikt voor maximaal 16 personen en ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van de zandstranden van de Atlantische Oceaan.

Ons onlangs gerenoveerde huis is afgestemd op de eigenaardigheid van Surfside Beach en biedt alles wat men nodig heeft om te ontspannen en te verjongen in het comfort van ons huis. We hopen dat je tijd zult vinden om te loungen rond het zwembad dat verwarmd of gekoeld kan worden verwarmd, een paar baantjes kan zwemmen, de barbecue kan opbranden en een kopje koffie kan drinken terwijl je luistert naar de brekende golven. De hitte van het zwembad is een extra $ 50 per dag. We bieden gratis zwembadverwarming aan voor de maanden april en mei.

Paradise beschikt over een volledig uitgeruste keuken en propaangasgrill voor de chef-koks in de familie; een afgesloten buitendouche om af te spoelen na een hele dag op het strand; zes grote flatscreen Smart TV's, snel internet en kabel om de massa's te vermaken, en twee balkons met uitzicht op Ocean Boulevard met uitzicht op de oceaan.

Brookgreen Gardens ligt op een klein eindje rijden en Marshwalk in Murrels Inlet is de ontspannen wandeling zeker waard.

Geen parkeerplaats voor campers / campers of aanhangers zonder voorafgaande toestemming. ABSOUTLEY geen elektrische, water- of rioolaansluitingen van welke aard dan ook. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor 5 middelgrote auto's. Gasten kunnen niet op gras of op het trottoir parkeren.

Great Family Vacation!

We stayed at the property this past July and it was wonderful! Very spacious home, great pool, fantastic location to beach as well as walking distance to restaurants. Plenty of parking. Communication with property managment was easy and responsive. Highly recommend this beach house!

Good Location/Dirty House

Location is awesome-steps from the beach. Great size pool and kitchen well equipped. Management- Information wasn’t consistent in emails, welcome letter or on refrigerator. Consistency would be nice so tenants have clear expectations. Kim told us we would receive text when unit was ready. No text. We were in the area since 2:30. It was after 4 so we went to the office (they say open till 5). Doors were locked. Keys in lockbox. Saturday arrival we found: A toilet that wouldn't flush and had a bowel movement in it so a flush was needed. You have to make your own beds and a fitted sheet was stained. When emptying our coolers into the refrigerator we found crumbs and spilled liquid, etc.,not clean. The pool was filled with sand. We called management and got "after hours" line. We were told that none of those issues were "emergencies" so the earliest those would be taken care of would be Monday. After traveling all day we had to clean, wash and fix. We fixed the toilet so it was usable. The rest we cleaned and washed. The pool was cleaned on Monday. We have stayed in many areas.If there were issues upon arrival, they were always taken care of immediately. Other issues on arrival: Bathroom rugs dirty, black smudges on white shower curtain, dirty grill and no tools to clean it, front porch table filthy, floors filthy -made your feet/socks black, food still on crock pot. Is it too much to expect a clean property upon arrival or at least a timely fix to issues found?

Great location!

House is conveniently located to 2 entrances to the beach making it an easy trek with kids! Also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool with the house. Checking in/out process is a bit antiquated. Communication with property management is delayed over the weekend, but they will respond/reach out the upcoming business day. Overall a pleasant stay and would consider booking again!

Surfside escape

The house appeared just as listed. The location was perfect just a short walk across the street to the beach with a nice pool with plenty of seating for our group of 9. A few restaurants and beach bars within walking distance or a short drive away. We loved it. We would highly recommend.

Not recommended - Not Clean - Mold - Lack of communication

Not ready when communicated. Had to wait approx 90 mins to get into the house past the time they said it would be ready. Mold in the washing machine, mold on several of the dishes, and just very dirty overall. Stayed in many vacation houses over the years and this one by far takes the most unclean award. The management company Southern Coast Vacations, was not available when they said they would be, not in the office and took several days to follow up when you call or email concerns/questions. Poor communication and just a negative experience overall on this one. NOT recommended.

Floors were sandy, our 3 year old found pills under a bed, one pillow had blood stains, but otherwise a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location was perfect, pool was excellent, outdoor shower came in handy.

This house was as great as advertised. We had a 3 generations of family and friends together for a week. House worked great for all of us. Pool was fantastic. Beach is just across the street - close enough to walk barefoot! House was clean and well stocked. I had a few questions prior to check in and management company was responsive. Beautiful Home, Perfect Location!

It was a pleasure staying at "Paradise". The owner went over and above in providing EVERYTHING you could want to enjoy an amazing stay at this beautiful, spacious, and immaculate home. The location was perfect with a gorgeous beach just across the street and a short walk to restaurants. The large heated salt water pool was awesome and the comfortable porch was wonderful to enjoy as we started and ended our days. The host (Kim) was excellent. Our family enjoyed an amazing vacation and we definitely would love to return again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Awesome House

This house didn’t disappoint at all. Kitchen was fully stocked, house was clean, multiple seating. The only thing was the coffee pot wasn’t working so we went and bought a new one and left it there. Our contribution to this fantastic place. Quiet and safe area yet close enough for activities and shopping. We had a great time and we will be back to Surfside for sure. The only thing that would have made it more accommodating would have been a bathroom by the pool but we got our workout in with the stairs😉. Very beautiful home. We enjoyed our vacations.

Location location location

We spent a week with my sister’s family. The house was great proximity to beach access and we were able to walk to few restaurants as well. Overall great house layout and pool lounge area so much bigger than other places we stayed. My check in instructions were not the best. No one ever sent me instructions or key pad Info to get keys out of box. All of my emails said to go to realty office. Good thing Patrick got my message and called me back right away.

Fall at Paradise

This property called Paradise was perfect for my extended family and me (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was the right size, had plenty of rooms and sleeping spaces, and was in good and clean condition. The beach access point was right across the street, and the heated saltwater pool was great! Although we came prepared with things like cleaning supplies, etc. the house actually had a lot there, which was nice. The people at the company who manages the property (jasmine, Monica, and Patrick) were friendly, helpful, and prompt to reply. They went out of their way to make sure everything was satisfactory. Overall it was an excellent place to stay, and I would do it again! Fantastic experience!

Great stay, great house

The property owners should be commended for their very thoughtful renovation of this house. Lots of upgrades throughout. High end kitchen appliances, very capable and quiet A/C, excellent TV's in each bedroom and living room, above average furniture for a rental beach unit. The pool area and the pool itself are also fantastic! Salt water is the way to go. Very easy access to the beach. Property management company was very responsive to questions prior to our arrival. We did not have any need to contact them during our visit, as everything was perfect. Only minor issue we had was dealing with the keyless entry phone app. Clunky whey you try to share it between multiple family members. Would definitely stay here again!
