The Space:
Spacious and comfortable 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo overlooking the pool! Living Room includes a sleeper sofa (2 people) 60' HDTV. Master bedroom has 1 Queen Bed. Upstairs bedroom has 1 Queen bed with walk-in closet and private bath. Plus a generous kitchen area with overflow bar stools to accommodate all your guests. Don't forget the full grilling station right by the pool to relax sand free in those carefree days. Condo is within 2 miles of the Surfside beaches and plenty of restaurants to choose.

Getting Around:
A car or gas powered golf cart (electric are not allowed) are recommended. Uber is available in the area, but can be limited at times.

Other Things to Note:
We provide you with linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee". You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay and we recommend renting our awesome super light and durable backpack style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable (available through a link after your booking)!
