'This is our second year staying here (see my previous review from August 2023) and we loved it as much as we did last year: easy, relaxed, comfortable, great location. One thing I’d mention is that there are no smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors in the house (which they say in the listing, it wasn’t a surprise), so if that is something that is important to you, I would recommend bringing your own. 'Great location walking distance to town and bike paths. Well appointed unit with nice sheets, beach chairs, private patio. Room to lock up bikes outside. Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second). '

The home was exactly as advertised—comfortable, clean, and ideally located just a 10-minute stroll from downtown, making it easy to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. Peter was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. We especially enjoyed being able to cook meals at home and then walk into town for dessert at the Juice Bar. We're already looking forward to staying there again—highly recommended!'
