BENEDENVERDIEPING .... heeft 3 slaapkamers (koning, koningin en dubbele bedden) en de 2e volledige badkamer en familie game-room (lounge), die een koningin slaper heeft voor extra bunking. Hang uit bij de stand-upbar. Er is een poker-topkaarttafel, tientallen klassieke bordspellen, een 2e HD-tv en het externe cocktaildek.

De vrijstaande garage is nu de nieuwe Man Cave met een kampioensgrote pooltafel, darts, meer bord- en kaartspellen, een dubbele futon om te slapen op milde nachten en nog een ontspannend terras met uitzicht op het pand en de picknickplaats.

In het midden van uw privé-acre hebben we een andere rustgevende ruimte gecreëerd met een hangmat, picknick- en cocktailtafels zodat u kunt ontspannen en genieten van het uitzicht op het meer vanaf deze mooie plek!

Dit huis is gebruiksvriendelijk op alle niveaus en heeft meer voorzieningen en entertainment op onroerend goed dan je kunt tellen!

Lakens, dekens, kussens, handdoeken, zeep, papieren waren allemaal aanwezig en de keuken heeft enkele nietjes. Specerijen, koffie, thee en zelfs magnetronpopcorn!

Het schiereiland en de countryclub van Lake Almanor is een geweldige plek waar mensen elk jaar terug blijven komen voor de ultieme vakantie. Activiteiten omvatten waterskiën, vissen, natuurwandelingen, kajakken, vogels kijken (we hebben hier bald eagles!), fietsen, tennis en tal van golfbanen, waaronder Lake Almanor Country Club, op loopafstand en Bailey Creek Championship Golf Course, op 5 minuten rijden van het huis.

This was a great house for our family gathering. Cindy was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The man cave (converted garage with AC) was fun to hang out in and play pool/darts and our adult kids loved playing poker in the downstairs game area. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. Very well stocked. Home is slightly dated and master bath/shower could use some upgrades but overall it was a great place for our family (6 adults) vacation. Loved that we could park our boat in driveway also.

Great place

I booked this property for 6 of my employees who were working in Chester for 2 weeks. It was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything they needed and they enjoyed the game room. From my perspective as an employer it was better than booking multiple hotel rooms. The cost was better, my employees were comfortable and well rested and we felt that the vehicles were safe. We were able to extend our stay for another week when the project went longer. Communication with the owner was great as well!

Perfect Getaway

What a perfect getaway!! We really enjoyed our stay. We have a mixed party of 9 and the accommodations and space was perfect for everyone. The home was very clean and welcoming. Plenty of activities to enjoy in and away from the cabin. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings and gathering around the dinner table in the evening and playing board games after a long day at the beach! Cindy is a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive. We will be back!!

First impression was property was very clean and well maintained. Location was close to golf and beach-rec areas. Cindy the owner was readily available for questions or concerns. Size was nice for 6 adults and 4 kids 6,7,7and 11 years old. Had a cool man cave (detached garage) not so good for our young kids but very nice. Kitchen was wellequipped . Our family had a wonderful stay at Cedar Ridge. This was our second stay here. It has a great floor plan. Kitchen has 2 empty pantries to story your food items. A large dining table to accommodate many diners. The game room garage was a big hit with many family members. Homeowner was super easy to communicate with. Very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful and Enjoyable

Our stay here was fantastic. Cindy had the driveway plowed for us so that we could easily access the property, as there was quite a bit of snow. She was also very helpful and attentive while we were there. The home was well equipped with everything we could need for cooking and sleeping. Everyone in our group very much enjoyed their stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

I do not even know where to start. I’ll start with Cindy. She was so nice and prompt with communication. It made the process feel so much more connected. I cannot say enough about how perfect this place was for celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. There were abundant areas to relax or play after we were done at the beach or boating. The kitchen was so well set up and functional. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Perfect location and home

4 friends on a yearly outing, we stayed at this property for 3 nights. The house is a great location for us, we were picked up by our fishing guide at Rec II for two days on the lake, about a three minute drive with lots of parking. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped (prior to going I asked the owner, Cindy, if there was a dbl boiler for my hollandaise sauce, I really did nor mind bringing mine, but she bought one for the kitchen prior to our arrival!) We were looking forward to darts and pool, but never got to it, the deck and living room area were so comfortable for our down time, we did check out the 49er appointed recreation room; however, we never played. Lovely and comfortable home for an outing of friends/family. Thanks Cindy!

Can't wait to visit again!

Our time visiting Lake Almanor was amazing thanks in no small part due to the amazing home and our hostess, Cindy. The highlight of this property is the kitchen, dining area, and the living room. It was extremely comfortable and roomy. Our visit was to go snowshoeing and our timing was perfect with a couple of feet of new snow! When we returned, the large fireplace helped to make our downtime relaxing. Evening entertainment was playing pool and darts in the "Mancave." It was great fun, but the space isn't insulated and doesn't have any heat. Something to be mindful of when visiting in cold-weather times. We had so much fun, and would highly recommend the Lake Almanor Country Club to anyone considering visiting this beautiful part of California. Cindy will go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is splendid.

Great Thansgiving Getaway

We couldn't wait to get out of the bay area. Our two families decided to venture out to Lassen since we have never been. CIndy's property is located right in the Lake Almanor Country Club. The community is very central to many activities. We had a great stay in the property. There are separate living areas upstairs and downstairs for the kids and adults. It also has all the basic appliances/tools/bbq that one would need for prepping meals. The area is beautiful and best thing is it is not crowded! It's 40 min. to Lassen for snow activities and 20 min. to fishing at the dam. Starting out from the property, one can walk a good few miles around the pennisula of the lake. Cindy is very accommodating and very prompt with responses. We shall return it the summer!

Unfortunately our trip was planned right in the middle of this year's horrible wild fires so we were stuck with dense smoke and our trip got delayed by one day due to a PGE PSPS. Our host / property owner was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire process! Her communication was prompt and informative and she was very reasonable, respectful, super easy to communicate with, and also very accommodating to our needs and to the changing dynamics of the trip due to external factors that none of us had any control over. The house was exactly as described online and we were so thankful to have the pool table, dart board, cards, and board games to keep the kids entertained and the whole family laughing while we were stuck inside due to the hazardous amount of smoke outdoors. While we didn't get to see much of the lake this trip we were still able to have a great time, and we most definitely plan to book this house again for a return trip next summer. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Perfect Family Getaway

Spacious home is very clean, well equipped, and ideal for family gathering. The man-cave with the pool table, darts, and card table was great for family fun and having extra space for hanging out and playing games. The Wii downstairs was also a big hit with the kids (and adults!). Having use of the boat slip made daily outings on the boat for watersports super easy and convenient, just a 5 minute drive and easy parking. Overall super fun place to be!

Cindy was Excellent to work with! She responded promptly to all my inquiries Our family had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed & was a fun "family" home with plenty of room for all of us! (2 daughters, son in laws, & 4 grandchildren) Great location! Would highly recommend!!

Lake Almanor Family Vacation

Excellent property for a large group! The owner Cindy made this booking so easy from the very beginning. Emails were always answered very quickly & thoroughly & she seemed to always have guests best interest at heart. Several days into our stay she emailed me to find out how our stay was going. I told her the Keurig coffee machine was off & on & also that we all were very uncomfortable on the beds-way too hard. 15 min later I heard back from her that she’d gone online & ordered a new Keurig & memory foam mattress covers for all the beds. Now that’s service!! When they were delivered the housekeeper came over & set them up for all of us. It made all the difference in all of our sleeping & comfort. The kitchen was well-stocked & even had some seasonings- coffee, sugar, oil...certain necessities that you need but hate to buy for vacation. House was very clean, the man cave hosted several billiards games, the kids roamed the large forest area playing & fed deer. The outside decks were large & comphy for evening’s, & the neighborhood was very nice, safe & quiet. We were 6 adults & 3 children & everyone hopes to go back next year!
