'The first thing I noticed when I walked in around 3 AM the day I arrived, was the smell of ammonia or urine. After inspecting the place, I noticed there was dust, dirt and grime all over...especially the upper level which contains the two bedrooms and bathrooms. There were no area rugs near the sofa or dining table as it was pictured in the photos online.
