We love this place

This was just what we needed. The nicest people in a quiet location. We rested and enjoyed top quality amenities, both in our unit and the area. Our unit was well stocked with the little things that made a big difference, wrll supplied linens, kitchen ware, and even seasonings and spices. This area was hit by a hurricane 6 months ago, and we could tell the residents took great pride in their community. We will be back.

Great getaway property and location

My wife and I just wanted a nice quiet place away for a week. Beautiful condo. Great scenery! We enjoyed our trip. Jeff was a great host. Had everything we needed. To future guests, do your grocery shopping before you arrive. Marketplace has a some items but not a big selection.

Cleanest property we have ever stayed in

Very nice clean and comfortable property, comfortable bed. Nice furniture and appliances. Nice swimming pool area. Boat slip right by the condo. There is a marina next door but noise and commotion was minimal. Easy access to the river and gulf. Nice restaurant within 1/4 mile. We made some “day trips” to surrounding areas. You better like boating,fishing ,hiking or biking because there isn’t much excitement.

Pristine

The wildlife refuge has unlimited pristine scenery. A ride down the Dixie Mainline is like no other place I’ve seen! We enjoyed many meals at the Salt Creek Restaurant, rented a center console for a day to see the infamous Suwannee River enjoyed the many springs and fished off the beach on Shired Island. Definitely a boat oriented place but without one, we still enjoyed all it had to offer. Jeff was very responsive to questions

Perfect fishing getaway

Accommodations were a perfect 10 for fishing and relaxing. The condo was directly on the water had a marina across the canal which had everything you ever needed for a perfect relaxing day on the water. The condo had a dock for my boat with its own numbered slip. We will return.

Have stayed here a couple of times. Always clean. Brought my dad and brother for a week of fishing. You can't get any more convenient than the dock right outside and the marina across the canal. Will return in the future.

Nice Condos, Relaxing View

We were pleasantly surprised at the condo complex. The pool, fish cleaning station, marina across the canal, and the ability to park our boat right below our balcony. We knew about all these things, but sometimes it doesn't all come together with the on site photos. The kitchen was very well supplied. Only suggestion would be to supply more light in the condo. Lights above dining room table pretty dim. Would have also appreciated a reading lamp in the corner behind the recliner. We loved the balcony, and spent quite a bit of time out there,...a comfortable lounge chair would have been welcome also. The glass table and iron backed chairs were great for eating there, and playing cards, but not for sitting for a length of time. The hose was very responsive, even though he was out of the country! Enjoyed fishing, though we didn't catch much....tides? Weather? Still nice to be out on the canals and river.
