Cocoonr is pleased to offer this superb 4*-rated, air-conditioned holiday home with a swimming pool for rent in Suzette, nestled in a stunning setting in the heart of Provence. With a floor area of approximately 280 m² on a single level, it faces south and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

Designed according to bioclimatic principles, the house offers a comfortable, bright and pleasant living environment all year round. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy a stay amidst the landscapes of the Vaucluse.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- A 70m² living area comprising a cosy lounge with sofas, armchairs, a television and a wood-burning stove, ideal for stays in any season. Downstairs, there is a lovely dining room. A large library, available to young and old alike, completes this space.
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.

Sleeping area

- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180 x 200). This bedroom overlooks the wooden winter conservatory, which houses the heated indoor swimming pool.
- Bedroom 2: one king-size bed (180 x 200) and one double bed (140 x 200).
- Bedroom 3: one king-size bed (180 x 200) and one queen-size bed (160 x 200).
- Bedroom 4: one king-size bed (180 x 200).

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and private toilet. They all overlook the main swimming pool and offer superb views of the Luberon and the Alpilles.

Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are included.
The property has a Wi-Fi connection (fibre optic).

For your comfort, you will also have access to a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a cot, as well as an ironing board and an iron.

Outdoor facilities

- A private heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and pool chairs. The outdoor pool is open from 15 May to 30 September.
- A private indoor pool, accessible all year round. This is heated only between 1 October and 15 May. Outside this period, heating is available on request and at an additional cost.
- A superb 1,000 m² garden with trees, a furnished terrace and garden furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days.

The house is situated in the heart of the countryside, on wooded grounds at the foot of Mont Saint-Amand, close to the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux.

You’ll enjoy a peaceful, unspoilt setting, ideal for recharging your batteries amidst the iconic landscapes of the Vaucluse.

Although nestled in a natural setting, the house is still close to amenities. The surrounding villages offer a wide range of shops, restaurants, Provençal markets and local producers. For your shopping, we particularly recommend the U Express supermarket and the Boucherie Momon in Malaucène, highly regarded for the quality of its produce.

Nearby activities and attractions:

Hiking trails starting from the house, renowned cycling routes around Mont Ventoux, tennis, horse riding, exploring Provençal heritage and visits to vineyards are among the many activities available in the surrounding area.

The region also boasts a wealth of cultural events throughout the year. In summer, enjoy the famous Avignon Festival, the Tour de France passing through the Ventoux region, as well as numerous local festivals and events, such as Autour du Ventoux in Entrechaux or Les Choralies in Vaison-la-Romaine.

Transportation:
If you are travelling by car, you can park directly on the property thanks to the house's private car park, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the region and discover the many villages, vineyards and natural sites in the surrounding area.

- Nearest train station: Avignon (45 km)
- Nearest airport: Marseille (110 km).

- Parents are responsible for supervising children in the pool. Opening dates are subject to change and are dependent on favourable weather conditions.

- Indoor pool dimensions: 3x4. Safety feature: doors kept closed.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure the property is left in a reasonably clean condition and that appliances are cleaned after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- There is an external camera on the property, which faces the entrance to the villa. This is switched off when guests are present.
