'Excellent customer service, and excellent fresh breakfast. I Sayed one day in Touristan, the remaining two days they transferred the guests to the sister hotel Bridges for some technical issue. I am recommending both places. The staff in both locations were nice, very polite and understanding! '

'This hotel is modern, well maintained and staff is very friendly. The value for money is very good, a European style hotel in Kyrgyzstan is rare and especially in this price range. The only obvious disadvantage is the location. While the hotel does provide a free shuttle, it might not be the best place to stay if you need fast access to the city centre.'

'Amazing experience! I made a mistake with the booking and the staff at reception corrected it without any issue. All staff (from beautifully dressed welcoming ladies to staff at IWA restaurant and reception/swimming pool etc) are remarkably friendly and professional.'

The staff were brilliant and when we arrived exhausted at 9 am to put our bags in storage before the check-in at 2 they actually let us check in early and got us a room! The room was very nice and comfortable (could have been more sockets), and all in all it was a great time.'
