Fully air-conditioned, it can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests, with an optimal capacity of 14, spread across seven elegantly furnished bedrooms.

On the ground floor of Villa Rorripa, there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor are three bedrooms, one of which has a convertible king-size bed that can be separated into two single beds. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms with either a bathtub or a shower.

The heart of the villa is a modern kitchen equipped for preparing culinary delights, while the dining area with a table for eight invites guests to enjoy meals together. The balcony offers stunning views of the Adriatic Sea, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee on the comfortable seating set. The living room, furnished with sofas and a TV, provides a cozy space for relaxation and socializing. The outdoor area features a terrace with a swimming pool (32 m2) and a sun deck with eight loungers, ideal for unwinding. Additional amenities include a barbecue, a covered dining table, a washing machine, an iron, a baby crib, and a high chair.

Villa Reichardia offers three spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. On the upper floor are two bedrooms – one with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a king-size bed, an additional bed (160x200 cm), and a bathroom located outside the room. This villa also includes a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a table for eight. The balcony on the upper floor offers panoramic views of Sv. Lovreč.

The outdoor space features a terrace with a swimming pool (32 m2, 1.5 m deep), eight sun loungers, a barbecue, and a dining table for eight. The fully enclosed courtyard is perfect for families with children, and three private parking spaces add to the convenience.
