A rustic beauty, Villa Sylbum was originally built in 2009 and underwent a complete renovation in 2022. Boasting 196 m2 of living space and set within a sprawling property of 1174 m2, the villa is conveniently located just 15 km from the nearest sea, beach, and the vibrant city of Poreč. The closest restaurant is a mere 400 meters away, offering easy access to local delights.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and has four bedrooms. One room located right at the entrance, offers a king size bed 180x200 cm and has its own bathroom with a bathtub. The second room on the ground floor is inside the building and contains a king size bed 180x200 cm, which can be converted into two single beds 90x200 cm if necessary.

Upstairs there are two more spacious rooms with king size beds 180x200 cm. Each room has its own bathroom with a bathtub.

The ground floor hosts a cozy living room with two couches, a coffee table, a TV, and chairs. Adjacent to the living room, a modern kitchen and dining room with a table for 8 create a perfect space for preparing and savoring deliciously crafted dishes with your loved ones.

Step onto the outdoor terrace to discover a 32 m2 swimming pool with a depth of 1.5 m. Eight deckchairs line the sunbathing area next to the pool, inviting relaxation. The terrace also features an outdoor dining table and a charcoal or wood grill for al fresco culinary experiences.

Villa Sylbum is equipped with a washing machine and an iron, along with a separate toilet. Concierge services are available with prior agreement. Families with children will appreciate amenities such as a feeder and a baby cot.

The villa's courtyard offers 3 private parking spaces, and the open yard provides ample space for children to play and have fun.
