Located close to Vodnjan in the Istrian area of Croatia, Villa Sanela is a lovely modern villa with private swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Situated on a large estate in the small village of Jurišići, the villa is within walking distance of the nearest grocery shop, bar and restaurant and is within a short driving distance of Vodnjan (8 km), Pula (18 km), the largest town in Istria, and the sea (15 km).

Villa Sanela (500 sqm) develops over two levels connected by internal stairs.

In the living area you will find a sitting room (with comfortable sofas), a large kitchen/dining room (with table seating 12) and a guest toilet. There is also a children’s playroom and an entertainment room (with billiards table and table football), as well as a fitness room (with sauna and gym).

In the sleeping area, you will find five bedrooms

- Two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers)
- One double bedroom (with double bed and double sofa bed)
- Two triple bedrooms (with double beds and two single beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with showers)

Outside, you will find a large garden with a terrace featuring a heated private swimming pool (50 sqm; depth 1.5m) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and a jacuzzi, as well as a shady dining area with a barbecue.
