Beautiful Villa Ljubica is located in small village in Istria which is called Klarici. Tthe entire interior of the Villa gives you the atmosphere of traditional Istria. The courtyard of the Villa extends over a land area of ​​1819 m2. In the yard there is something for everyone, a trampoline, a slide and swings for the little ones and a volleyball net for the older ones. If you want to refresh yourself, there is a large private pool (40 m2) at your disposal.Villa can accommodate up to 12 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining room and access to a large terrace. There are four large bedrooms on the ground floor, and each room leads to the terrace and pool. Also, three rooms have their own bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and one is equipped with a hydromassage bath and has access to a beautiful balcony. We can say that the balcony with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean landscape is truly special.
