Villa Roveria (Istria - Butkovići)

The stay of one pet is allowed and is included in the accommodation price. For each additional pet, an extra fee of 50 EUR per week will be charged.Villa Roveria is located in the village of Butkovići in Istria and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is an authentic Istrian house from the 19th century that has preserved its traditional character, while the interior features artistic paintings and original furniture from the 1930s.The property consists of two connected units – a larger house with a surface area of 285 m² and a smaller house with a surface area of 45 m². The larger house features three bedrooms, each equipped with a TV and a private ensuite bathroom. The smaller house includes two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, with access to the upper bedroom through the lower bedroom.There are also two additional toilets and an outdoor toilet by the pool. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a Bialetti coffee maker.Guests have access to a washing machine, an iron with an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Additional beds are available if required.The outdoor area includes a sauna, a fully fenced yard with a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue.
