'Hubby and I were very happy with our weekend get away! The house was exactly as described, even better in my opinion. Very clean, decor was so cool! 'It was a quaint experience staying in this small, yet comfortable cottage house. The house is well kept and the furnishings, including the beds, are very relaxing for a good nights rest. 'Beautiful, new, sparking clean log cabin home in a shady lot on a easy access country lane. Convenient quick access to scenic highway I-86, 390. Excellent high quality features and appliances throughout. Large spruce trees outside with bird feeders. Comfortable beds, easy climate control, convenient accessible washer/drier unit.Close enough (less than an hour) for a day trip to the fabulous town of Watkins Glen NY and State Park gorge are full of waterfalls.'

'Nice stay for a few days. The only thing is the listing says it has a queen bed in one room. It wasn’t a queen bed and it was hard to sleep comfortably. The host was great in communicating back and forth when needed before the stay. '

'Great little place. Had everything we needed so we didn’t have to unpack our coffee. Area is quiet and folks around are friendly. Really appreciate the dog friendly place to stay. Felt very homey. '

'Wow!! We spent 3 1/2 days here with our three grandkids, and everyone had an amazing time. We wondered about the winding staircase for two 60 year olds and a 6 year old, but it turned out being no problem at all. The views are spectacular from both upstairs and down. 'We had a group of 13 adults. We had plenty of space to all be together and enough room to spread out if we wanted. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed to prepare large meals. Lake front was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating by the bonfire. '

'It was just what we wanted -- a place near Letchworth Park that was dog-friendly. Its in a quiet neighborhood that's a short dog-walk to a beautiful lake. You need to bring linens and towels. The kitchen has plates and utensils but no food, spices, coffee, sugar, etc. I wish the notes posted in the home were on the listing, especially the "small hot water tank, take a short shower". None of these minor gripes would have stopped us from renting this place, but it's good to know up front. ...
